This gorgeous one bedroom apartment is located in Foreshore, Cape Town.
Centrally located, guests will be within a short distance from many
nearby attractions including The V&A Waterfront, The Arial Cable Way,
The Iconic Table Mountain, Two Oceans Aquarium and so much more.
Upon entering, guests will be greeted by well designed and modern
living space. The sizeable kitchen is fully equipped with all the
amenities needed for a comfortable self-catering stay including a
washing machine for your convenience. There is a dining table and
chairs provided with seating for four people where you can sit and
enjoy your favourite food and drinks. The very inviting lounge area is
the perfect spot to sit back and relax on plush sofas while you enjoy
all your preferred TV shows. The glass sliding door and windows within
the living area allow for an abundance of natural light and fresh air
to bath the living space and overlooks a stunning communal swimming
pool which guests are welcome to make use of. For added convenience
there is air-conditioning and internet access within the apartment.
The well appointed bedroom features a comfy queen size bed with ample
cupboard space. The en-suite bathroom offers a bath, shower, toilet and
a basin with vanity. Fresh towels and crisp linen are included with
your stay.
Make the most of your stay by enjoying the onsite facilities such as
the outdoor swimming pool, the rooftop sundeck, the fitness centre and
restaurant or venture out into the city and spend hours exploring all
that this beautiful city has to offer.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 24 Hans Strijdom Ave, City Centre, Cape Town, 8000.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
