The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with two electric ovens and a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with TV and LCD fire. The bedrooms consist of four bedrooms with en-suites: two ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TVs and two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, with shared access to lawn area, as well as off-road parking for eight cars. Within 3.9 miles you will find a shop and within 2.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free, non-smoking holiday home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are also available on request. Langley Barn is a delightful escape for a family or group of friends in Derbyshire. Note: No Hen/Stag or similar parties.
