Lovely large property right in town and near to the park. Brendan was very responsive to any requests which made for a relaxing stay. The adorable yellow submarine interior design was great fun. We were warned about the many stairs and they weren’t joking. The one unfortunate surprise was the state of the sofa and chair which were showing their age. All in all a lovely place to stay

Great property, lots of space

The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it.

A beautiful property with wonderful helpful hosts. This is a lovely place to stay and it’s pet friendly. There are stairs but hey it’s an apartment and not a bungalow. It’s unique and all of my party were very impressed by the decor, furnishings and wonderful location overlooking the river and so close to all that Matlock has to offer. 5* all the way.
