A recently built new 1-bedroom flat on the 3rd floor it is the ideal location whether you`re exploring the local area or simply unwinding for a weekend, your stay promises relaxation and accessibility.

As you enter you will find an intercom system for your stay, for added security and convenience.

Kitchen
Enjoy casual dining at the breakfast bar with two stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, and a compact dishwasher, making your stay hassle-free. The modern kitchen boasts monotone cabinets and worktops, creating a sleek atmosphere.

Lounge
The spacious lounge opens up to a balcony through French doors, offering a glimpse of Poole Quay. Tastefully furnished with a pale grey two-seater sofa bed, a stylish accent chair, a coffee table, and a 42` smart TV for your entertainment. An oversized rug adds warmth to the space. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the sofa bed so we can provide bedding and towels.

Balcony
Step out onto the balcony and savour your morning coffee or evening wine with the bistro set that includes two chairs. From here, you can catch glimpses of the picturesque Poole Quay.

Bedroom
Choose between a super king-sized bed or twin beds, depending on your preference, please let us know at the point of booking. The bedroom exudes comfort with its luxurious carpeting and a floor-to-ceiling window that allows natural light to flood in. . The room also features an inviting accent chair, a bedside table, and a mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom
We will provide towels and mini toiletries for your stay. The bathroom is a sanctuary of luxury, adorned with floor-to-ceiling stone tiles. Enjoy the comfort of a heated towel rail, a relaxing bath with an overhead waterfall shower head, a WC, basin, and an illuminated anti-fog mirror.

To get to East Quay Road, Poole BH15 1FG via public transportation:

- If you`re near a train station, you can take a train to Poole Railway Station, which is the primary railway station in Poole.
- If you`re closer to a bus stop, you can take a bus to Poole Bus Station, which is centrally located in Poole.

Once you arrive at Poole Railway Station or Poole Bus Station:

- You can walk to East Quay Road, which is located near Poole`s waterfront. It`s approximately a 10-15 minute walk from both the train and bus stations.

You will have exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay. The quality of every guest’s experience is vital to the team, which is why they will ensure the home is presented to the very highest standard for your arrival.

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
