Guests are welcomed through an archway to a front porch leading to the main entrance. Inside, an open-plan living room is furnished with plush, comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV, and a decorative feature fireplace. The dining area flows seamlessly from the living space, while a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances allows meals to be prepared effortlessly, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout. A covered veranda just outside the kitchen houses a washing machine for added convenience.

Three beautifully presented bedrooms provide restful retreats for all guests. The master bedroom features a double bed with an en suite shower, while a second double bedroom and a third room with a bunk bed and single bed share a separate family bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for families or groups.

Outside, the villa opens onto a private pool area where sparkling waters invite leisurely swims and tranquil moments under the sun. Multiple sun loungers and parasols provide ideal spots for soaking up the Mediterranean rays, while a shaded pergola offers a barbecue and outdoor dining area for relaxed meals. Optional extras such as pool heating and a hot tub (coming soon) can be added for enhanced comfort and indulgence.
