The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small sauna as well as a living room with a well-equipped kitchen. This level also includes a dining table and a sofa bed for two persons. The 100 inch televison is supported by fast Wifi where you can watch all your favourite TV shows.

A seperate entrance leads you to a game room which features table football, Play Station 4, as well as other activities.

Upstairs, the first floor consists of its own living room with a sofa bed, TV, a kitchenette, and one bedroom. Furthermore, this living room leads to a spacious 40 m2 balcony with an interesting panoramic sea view. It provides a perfect setting for relaxation.

In the afternoon, you can refresh yourself in the outdoor heated pool, and in the evening, prepare delicious meals at the barbecue. After dinner, you can watch your favourite movie on the outdoor screen available on this property.

Peroj and Fažana areas are known for their beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants where you can sample traditional Istrian specialities. We also recommend a visit to the city of Pula which organizes various events throughout the summer months.
