Flat and garden which has a patio and decked area - we even have a tree! Very posh for a central city garden!

This building has other residents. We do not accept large groups or parties.
Please be mindful of noise. You maybe on holiday but our neighbours are not.
Happy for guests to bring pets, however please never leave them in flat alone (that includes garden) not to be on furniture or beds.
And lastly - very important please note it is a split flat. So there are stairs!
