Fabulous Modern Clean Villa close to a few Restaurants & Bars
Lovely modern, spacious, clean villa, within easy walking distance to a few restaurants and local bars in the village.

Exceptional Villa , best we have ever stayed in
Well maintained with every facility . Clean , well appointed and great views. Easy reach of the beach , shops and restaurants. Centrally located to allow easy exploration of the Algarve. Very good service from the property manager on arrival and throughout our stay .

Fantastic stay
Stayed as a family of 8 with 2 young children. We had the best holiday. The Villa was perfect! Mark was a great host, nothing was ever too much trouble! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful large Villa
A beautiful well maintained villa in a quite area, we had a lovely relaxing chilled out holiday at the villa.
The owner agent Mark was very helpful prior to us visiting the property and during our stay.
We were a family of four adults and would definitely return to the villa if we have the opportunity.

Above expectations
We had seen the great reviews and the images of the villa looked lovely, however it was better than we thought it would be. Lots of space. Light airy rooms and the pool area was large with lots of space for all of us. A wonderful spot for a family holiday

Gorgeous Villa
Absolutely gorgeous villa, extremely well appointed. We were lucky to be the first ever guests in the villa. 3 generations of the family had more than enough room to stay for 2 weeks without anyone getting underfoot.

Fabulous 5 Star Accommodation!
Had an absolutely fabulous 2 weeks staying at Casa San Marco. The accommodation was second to none. The interiors were brilliantly finished throughout and all the facilities you could possibly think of were available at the villa. The bar and games room adjacent to the pool made for a really relaxing and fun time on our holiday.

Ideal Family Vacation
This villa was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable, well furnished and ideally located. Mark was outstanding in helping us get oriented, answering questions and our requests. Sesmarias has a couple nice restaurants and a local shop for food within walking distance, and Carvoeiro is the closest beach and a wonderful small Portuguese village. Our family had a great time and would come back again.

Great Family retreat
Super place for a family break. Masses of space and the facilities are first class. Kids loved the pool every day as well as the games /tv area. Mark our host was really helpful and always available for advice.
Location near enough restaurants to walk out to with the town a short drive away.
Even got some golf in. Would definitely return.

Wonderful place, amazing host.
What a great experience, as soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the host. The villa is modern, clean and well appointed. The services offered were up to our expectations and there is nothing to complain about home equipment (TV, wardrobe, furniture, kitchen, laundry)

Our perfect holiday apartment
I would like to thank your agent Mark for meeting us at the property and taking care of any questions we had during our stay in Sesmarias. We had emails before and during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for him.
The property was perfect, the rooms spacious and clean and exactly as described on the website, close to local restaurants and the seaside. Thnak you for a perfect property, we will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay
Mark was a wonderful host. We had the perfect holiday. The house is very big and very functional. The pool is great, very good filtering. It has everything you need to live, and everything is high quality. Very clean! Very calm neighbourhood, close to the beach (7min by Car), close to Portimão, walking distance to supermarket.

A great villa for a large group, it was clean, spacious and superbly equipped. We made good use of the pool, barbecue and pool table. Great communication from Mark prior to and during our stay. Mid-stay clean was great. Location was good; nice and quiet and only a short drive into the town. A couple of lovely restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. We hired a car and enjoyed exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family holiday
We were a party of 2 families with 4 children aged from 4-14 years and there was something for everyone at this villa. Plenty of space, loads of shade, plenty of places to be in the sun all day too. Small mini market just up the road and the owner, Mark, couldn’t have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly. We would book this property again year after year. Less than min taxi journey to carvoiero but a very peaceful location. Wouldn’t change a thing about the stay, other than we wished we could’ve stayed longer

Beautiful villa in a fabulous location!
We had the most wonderful week in this fabulous villa, such a beautifully presented property that really is a home away from home. The games room is a great feature which kept us all entertained many evenings.
The villa is in a great location, close to Carvoeiro with many lovely beaches only a short drive away.
Mark was a great host, greeting us on arrival and making us feel very welcome. Also on hand if we needed anything.
We will definitely be coming back to this villa again in the future!

Excellent Villa
We have stayed at a few villas but this one has been the best. From the help Mark Cole gave us from local questions to hiring a car - excellent service!! To a villa which suited a group of 7 adults, there was plenty of space to have personnel space as well as communal areas. It was very well laid out and kept to a high standard. The location was great for us as we wanted a quiet place but with easy access to the local town - an evening walk of 40 minutes was lovely. Would definitely recommend villa, location and management.

Highly recommend this property. Location is residential but still quiet. Restaurant and local shop in easy walking distance, with 3 big supermarkets in 10 mins drive. Owner is nearby but not at all intrusive and communications excellent. All rooms very clean with excellent aircon, two of the 5 bedrooms are massive and all others are good doubles all with ensuite. Downstairs games room with very high quality pool table, large extra TV and sitting area with additional kitchen (including 2nd fridge and dishwasher) means you get two homes for one! Wireless Internet good throughout. Outside area has both shady and sunny areas and large brick built barbecue. Carvoeiro itself is a short taxi away and has a great atmosphere and loads of restaurants, water park close by too. Silves nearby medieval town worth a visit. And Burger King in Lagoa if you fancy it!

Expectations met and exceeded!
Two family’s away for a week, the villa had everything we needed. The owners have thought of everything. 4 adults and 4 kids and we all had space. This villa was better than the pictures, highly recommended.
Mark welcomes us and was on hand to check alls well. Helpful with local shopping and eating out places too.
The pool and games area was excellent for kids and the grown ups.
Highly recommended.
