Instant hot water running off a combi boiler. Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Plenty of storage above and under bed, for small luggage items and weekend bags, clothes, coats and other personal items. Remote Control Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, 4G Mobile Sim WiFi. Iron, Ironing Board, Hairdryer, available. Bed linen and towels and dressing gowns provided and inc. in rent. Private secure shared drive with 1 allocated parking space for the Shepherds Hut guests. Welcoming and attractive rear garden area for the exclusive use of guests with lawned area, various garden furniture, swing chair, love seat, full size picnic table, outdoor fire pit with seating, garden lanterns, fairy lights and plant walls to create a cosy feeling. Eco friendly living with food waste composting, composting toilet, rainwater harvesting. Spacious 4 person wood fired hot tub for exclusive use with lights and jets and wood is supplied at no extra cost to guests. One small/medium well-behaved dog welcome, dogs must be no larger than the size of a Labrador. Sorry no smoking inside property - Smoking only permitted in rear garden away from neighbouring fence. Note: This accomodation can be booked together with Tawny Owl Cottage (1123977) creating total accomodation for 4 adults. Each of these accommodations has a private garden, separated by a 6ft fence with access gate between the two if required and seperate hot tub facilities. Pub serving food which is 0.4 miles away. Convenience Store less than a mile in distance. Small rural village with various takeaway food options and restaurants. Various Local fishing lakes available with day ticket options. Canal paddle boarding and kayaking/canoeing facilities available free of charge within a few miles of the village (equipment not provided). Set within a popular cycling area
