Lovely cottage in a delightful setting with such hospitable hosts

The cottage met our needs exactly and we could not have been better looked after or had a place so close to where we needed to be and so practical and well set out.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect location for visiting the area. The market town of Louth is brilliant. there are lots of really good places to eat. Short drive to the coast. Skegnes, Mablethorpe, Sutton on sea etc. Hubbards hills is a great place for a walk and picnic. We visited this time with our grandchildren, They love it here. We have stayed on the caravan site for 9 years now we stay in the cottages. Can't fault it. Richard and Judeth are excellent hosts and are extreemly helpfull

The host, Richard, was most charming and very pleasant also helpful with anything we needed to ask him. The little cottage had everything you could possibly want it was nice and compact and absolutely spotless. Had every there you could want and the place felt really homely. There is a nice little patio area outside to sit if the weather should be nice, it was unfortunate it wasn't for us! The view from the cottage we had across the garden was so beautiful and really restful. Would totally recommend visiting here, and we would willingly return again.

Great stay

We stayed for 9 days. Best value for money of all the places we stayed on our 6 month trip of UK. Quiet. Everything we needed in cottage. Easy drive to Louth and coast.
