This private end unit townhouse has an open floor plan, high ceilings wifi, central air, and a gas grill. The upper level has a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom with jacuzzi en-suite; and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs is the family room, dining room, and another bedroom with full size bed and trundle and another full bathroom. There is a short walk to the pool, tennis courts and children's playground and a short drive to Tashmoo Lake and/or Tashmoo Beach. Maximum occupancy is 6. No Pets and No smoking allowed on this property.

BBQ Grill: Please ensure that the propane tank is turned off and the grill is covered once it has cooled. Grill cleaning supplies are in the lower cabinet closest to the hanging wooden fish.

A modern townhouse with access to a private beach when you want quiet time, and easy access to VH or OB town when you want a night out.
