Dette ultra-private moderne 4BR / 3B hus ligger 4 minutter fra Palm Canyon Drive og er perfekt centralt for alle hotspots i Palm Springs på både den nordlige og sydlige side af byen. Den massive baghave har en overdimensioneret tilpasset pool / spa og rummelige afslapnings- / spisestueområder med grill, grapefrugt, orange og Meyer citrontræer. Slap af på terrassen, mens du kigger på uhindret udsigt over bjergene eller inde i denne varme og indbydende nyligt opførte private oase. Interiøret kan prale af 4 suiter - 2 konge med ensuite bade og 2 dronninger med delt bad. Nyd gaspejsen, det smukke køkken med siddepladser i baren og terrassen foran med privatlivets vægge til morgenkaffe / morgenmad eller en eftermiddagscocktail. Just Great!

Matt and his Team were great and checked in during our stay to insure all was good - we truly enjoyed the pool and living space and kitchen - friends enjoyed the area close to casino and Palm Springs downtown

Wonderful House

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at the house. The pool area is among the best of the houses we have rented in Palm Springs. The house was clean, well provisioned, and in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable & the property manager was very helpful.

Amazing Service

We loved staying here! Matt was very easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine at check in and that there was someone there to greet us. The backyard and pool were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything you want in a Palm Springs house!

Beautiful outdoor space and perfect location! Great house for a group of friends, we spent the whole weekend enjoying the pool and gorgeous backyard. The fresh citrus was such an amazing bonus 😍

Great family get together in Palm Springs

The house was awesome with a big pool/hot tub, outdoor area and kitchen/living room. We loved the house and the location worked out well. Matthew gave a number of great recommendations and made sure pool was heated and everything was in order for our stay. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Palm Springs House

Gorgeous house close to downtown Palm Springs! Every detail was perfect. Matt, Shelly and Todd were all amazing providing advice from where to eat to jog!

Gorgeous home, perfect hosts and a wonderful vacation with friends!

What a beautiful home!! I have stayed in Palm Springs several times and this home tops the list. The pool is huge and immaculate. The beds are great. We loved cooking and eating outdoors and tried out a few of Matt’s recommendations. We will be back!! Thank you again for sharing your lovely home. Excellent location too!

Outstanding Host and Property

I traveled with my spouse and adult children to Palm Springs for some r and r. The home was as advertised--beautiful pool in a secluded residential setting close to eveything. Matt, the host, was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The property was well-appointed. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Heavenly yard/pool

We gathered with family from 3 states for a week long stay. The double masters were terrific. The private pool, patio, yard were a total delight and made the trip. Beautiful landscaping front throughout. Some of the furnishings and appliances were less than 5 star. But the overall experience and value were great. We appreciated the exceptional thoughtfulness and availability of the owner and property manager - these guys were wonderful and Matt's recommendations helped us to make the most of our PS visit.

A Million Stars Vacation

It was a fantastic experience staying at Matt's Palm Springs vacation home and I wish I could award it a million stars. From the easy, professional, and courteous communications with Matt, the owner, and Sergio, the property manager, to the beauty of the mid century modern home and pool, to the bonus of having every single amenity one could think of already stocked in the kitchen, and last but not least the gorgeous mountain view and the lovely lemon tree in the yard. Our family had a serene stay and just what we needed for a spring break. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

Excellent

Matt is the most proactive and responsive host I’ve dealt with in numerous A and V rentals over the years. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and checked in with us often to make sure there were no problems. The property is terrific — the highlight is obviously the private backyard with the pool, hot tub, grill, and pool lounge chairs. The photos do a good job of representing the property, and the location is also great — a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to downtown Palm Springs. Overall we had a great vacation, and would happily rent this property again.

“Gang of 4” reunion gang

I did a fair amount of research to find a place in Palm Springs for 4 couples , one from France, once from Chicago and 2 from California . I was the “organizer/host” and I was thanked multiple times for finding this home. It lived up to all the pictures. We had so much fun hanging here that we canceled our dinner reservations and just picked up dinners from the restaurants and ate here. But, the key , by far, was Matt…He was like the Concierge at the Four Seasons…no..he was better

Amazing Palm Springs Experience

I stayed at Matt's house for my bachelorette and we had the absolute best time! The house is in an amazing location, 3-5 min drive to down town (if you enjoy walking you can definitely get there on foot!). The property itself was stunning. Very clean and true to the photos on the listing. The hot tub wasn't heating when we first got there but Matt sent someone out to take care of it right away and we didn't have any other issues with it during our stay. They also have a lemon tree and a grapefruit tree that were in season and Matt told us to help ourselves to the fruit which was an unexpected highlight! Overall, I wish we could have stayed longer and can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect stay!

Matt is a phenomenal host. In all of our travels, I don’t think we’ve ever had a more accommodating host. We loved his extensive recommendations. The house was well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. The house was beautiful and cozy and everything was easy to figure out. Our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The BEST Mom Weekend!!!!

We have 7 moms looking to escape and just relax for a weekend and this place was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Matt allowed us early check in and Sergio was on property when we arrived to show us everything we needed to know. The house was immaculate and SO comfortable. Everything is thought of. There were plenty of chairs around the pool, tons of towels, the pool was a perfect temperature, the jacuzzi was so pleasant in the evening, the garage has pool floats and lots of games to pick from. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. We are already talking about returning!!! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

Perfect

I stayed at the house with friends and it was perfect. Beautiful pool, clean house, close to the airport and downtown. The host was great and sent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was a lovely trip.

My wife and I were married in Italy in September 2017. We are in our mid 40’s and love coming to Palm Springs and traveling in general. My wife is from Los Angeles and I am from Cleveland, Ohio. We will go out of our way to make sure you and your friends/family have an amazing trip to our home!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

We purchased this property because of the incredible backyard that we fell in love with the minute we saw it. We love the enormous pool which is much larger than most in Palm Springs and the grassy areas and citrus trees. We love coming to the house and making cocktails with the citrus and hanging in the pool all day! The welcoming interior and the 2 master suites make this house exceptionally special. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
