The first floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area including a designer sofa, marble fireplace, and French doors opening to a wrought-iron balcony. Herringbone oak floors and an Artcoustic surround sound system with an LG TV complete the space. The bespoke kitchen offers a Wolf range cooker, Miele appliances, marble worktops, and an espresso machine, with a dining table for 4-6. The second floor reveals a master bedroom with an en-suite travertine bathroom boasting a soaking tub, rain shower, and body jets, plus built-in wardrobes. A family-friendly bedroom offers a single or double bed and a cot, with its own bathroom nearby. A home office with a Herman Miller Aeron chair, ultrawide monitor, printer, and Dyson purifier is also on this floor. The top floor presents a loft bedroom with sofa bed, skylight, built-in storagLuxury linens, towels, and Aesop toiletries are provided.

For those preferring surface transport, local buses 31 and 168 conveniently serve Avenue Road and Haverstock Hill. A leisurely walk through the picturesque Regent's Park provides a delightful route to Baker Street.

Please note this maisonette spans three floors and includes internal stairs. Guests with mobility concerns should take this into consideration. Complimentary on-street parking is available; however, please observe local signage for any parking restrictions.
