The kitchen, completely independent, is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

- Guests must be responsible for the waste generated, depositing it in the enabled containers or collection points before departure.



- Responsible use of air conditioning and heating is required, and they must always be switched off whenever you are not inside the villa.



- Excessively loud noises, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or disruptive behaviour from any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately evict all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to refund, and furthermore proceeding to retain the security deposit.
