Recently renovated, it has split system a/c in the living room only, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, telephone, and free wifi. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and full bathroom with shower only. Bedroom 2 has two brand new twin beds. The guest bathroom is shower-only as well. For outdoor activity, unit #503 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
