The area is quiet and residential, making it ideal for a peaceful stay while still being close to everything you need. It’s also a great base for exploring the wider Northumberland coast, with its stunning beaches, historic sites, and coastal walks.
Getting Around:
The property is easily accessible by both car and public transport.
By Car:
Located in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, the house is easily reached via the A189 spine road, with convenient links from Newcastle and surrounding areas. Free on-street parking is available nearby.
By Public Transport:
The nearest train station is in Morpeth, with regular services from Newcastle and across the UK. From there, a short taxi or bus ride will take you to Newbiggin. Local buses also run regularly between Newcastle, Ashington, and Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, stopping within walking distance of the property.
Clear check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey.
Other Things to Note:
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
