This was the perfect place for a week in Provincetown! The house was idyllic, with a well-equipped kitchen, ample outdoor space (which our dog particularly appreciated), and was only a short walk to everything Commercial Street has to offer. Terry was also a wonderful and communicative host. I can’t recommend this property enough!

The house is incredibly comfortable and beautiful and was the perfect setting for a great week celebrating life milestones with friends, many relaxing times and meals in the lovely backyard and house. It was a truly special time in this house and we would love to return. The house is extremely well outfitted and Terry was an excellent host and communicator. Great quiet, location, fantastic parking and other amenities and steps away from all the fun.

Terry's house was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything on Commercial Street but also private and tucked back on a side street. The backyard setup was gorgeous and the house itself was immaculate. The exposed wood beams, the decorations and art, all of it made for a welcoming and warm environment. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a view of the water, and my four friends and I had a wonderful stay. Terry was easy to communicate with and very kind.

Great place in an excellent location.

This place was great. It has everything we (4 adults and 3 kids) needed including four good sized bedrooms and is in an excellent central location. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

You cannot beat the location of the rental. That combined with a lovely backyard to relax in and all the necessities in the home, it’s the perfect place to stay! Terry is easy to communicate with as an added bonus.

Beautiful house

Had a great time, house is well located steps to Commercial street but very quiet as well. Very spacious and well stocked, we had everything we needed to cook meals. Outdoor space is beautiful and very private. Property manager was very accommodating and responsive.

Incredible stay

This place was excellent. From the moment we checked in we all felt welcome. The home is gorgeous, with great attention to details. Plenty of space for our group of 8 to stretch out and get good sleep. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Perfect Provincetown stay

We loved our stay in this home! Conveniently located to Commercial Street and all of the wonderful PTown restaurants, shops and galleries, it was perfectly situated for the wedding we were attending at the Town Hall. The home is beautifully decorated, and has plenty of original charm. The host was fantastic to communicate with as well! We would certainly look forward to a return stay at this property!

Great House for Family Trip

My partner and I spent the last week of June with my brother and his wife, our niece and nephew, and our dog . The house was plenty spacious for two adult couples, two kids, and the one dog. It’s in a great location being just steps away from all the action and excitement on Commercial Street but also located on a quiet and picturesque side street. The private outdoor space is inviting and relaxing at all times of day but especially in the morning as a natural place to gather, wake up, and plan out your day. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the National Seashore beach or a walk along the nearby harbor beach. The owner, Terry, was always available and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again next year!

Memorial Day Weekend reunion

My longtime friends and I had a great time staying at 6 Law St. Perfect location to get into town quickly. 2+ parking spots at the house but would recommend carpooling and cars on the small to medium size.

The house was lovely and the wood fireplace was an added bonus. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking to rent. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful House - Perfect Location

My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay in this beautiful home. The house is a perfect combination of historical beauty with modern amenities. Terry is a fabulous host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The best! Perfect location, wonderful house, and an amazing host.

I'm so happy I found this spot and hope to return again. Terry is a fantastic host and was so happy to have me and my friends there for the week. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to everything. The home is beautiful and the back yard is a sanctuary. Highly recommend this house.

Peaceful, homey, perfect location

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is absolutely amazing. Very short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The owner is attentive, friendly and responsive. The property is well cared for and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and we are hoping to come back before the year is over.

Love this house!

Thank you so much, Terry for sharing this great house. It was the perfect location for our celebration of Family Week. We had two families sharing this house and it met all of our needs. The beds were comfortable. The living room and dining room were great to spent time with friends. You had all the great perks (beach towels, kitchen necessities, etc.) Thank you so much!

Cozy, comfortable and clean

We had our Wedding in P-town during Holly Folly and invited a few family and friends to join use. Terry's house was the perfect house for our needs. It has comfy beds, everything we needed and a fireplace was a bonus. Thanks Terry!
