This delightful apartment is located in a 18th century building.
The apartment is the result of a recent renovation, very attentive to details, keeping intact the taste of the Tuscan interior with beams and rafters, with all the best comforts for the modern traveler.
It is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine.
The apartment has a welcoming fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a lounge with a French sofa bed, a large double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom.

Amazing place and location

Property is within walking distance to the train station. Nice large kitchen and sitting area. Easy to walk to all the attractions in Florence. Great restaurants near the property. Host was helpful when we had questions about the area. Thanks for making our visit to Florence memorable.

Charming and clean!

My family of 4, two teen boys, arrived via train and found the check in process quick and easy. The apartment was old and charming and very clean. No bugs or webs anywhere. Book of directions was great. We booked mainly because this was in the middle of our 2 week trip and it has both a washer and dryer, soap provided as well as some drying racks for delicates. The king size bed coudlve been a little more comfortable and there are no facial tissues for wiping your nose. Cant beat the location. Quiet at night despite being on a busy steeet full of people. Felt very secure with the 2 sets of locked doors getting into the building. There is no elevator so you go up 4 sets of steps to the second floor. Kitchen is large and a great place to hang out in downtime. My only negative would be no hooks on walls or doors to hang towels to grab when done with showering or to hang when dry. Other than that, my husband and I agreed we would stay there again!

Fun, lively neighborhood

The apartment was as advertised, on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, but once there, quite comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was fun for just walking around with lots of restaurants and stores on the street. The washer and dryer were so helpful!

Great Location

The apartment is in the perfect location, you were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful sites of Florence. It is very clean, with washer and dryer and the walk up the stairs each day was like we were experiencing Florence as if we lived there. Sabrina was a great communicator, all the way up to our check-in., Very thorough with helping me to sign into WhatApp for messaging and calling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment had great character and well appointed. The location couldn't be beat. It was right in the heart of Florence yet, once you are inside it was very quiet and secure.

Great Apartment

The apartment is located close to the train station and all the sites are easy to walk to. The check in was very easy. You do need access to text messaging to do the check in. Just couldn’t use the ESIM card. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Not an issue for us but might be for some. The apartment is clean, spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. It was great having both a washer and dryer. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

Comfort in the Heart of Florence

We liked that the living space was all on one level (albeit on the 3rd floor; considered the 2nd floor in Europe). Plenty of room for two couples, with one true full bath and another "wet room" bath). Perfect location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

Great stay, walked out the front door into the hustle and bustle of a busy pedestrian only street. Very close to many eateries and markets. Walking distance to Duomo and chapels etc. Authentic Book a Batch, comfy beds but ensuite in main bedroom was very very small and compact. Did the job at the end of the day .

Excellent location

The location of this apartment is excellent! All major sites and the train station are just a short walk from this unit. The unit is quiet, yet the street below is lively and has many restaurants. There is a good breakfast place just down the street. The unit is spacious and the air conditioning was great during the heat of the summer. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed her quite comfortably. Sabrina was excellent and responded quickly to all questions asked. She has a nice binder with good information in the unit and guidebooks to look through on her shelf. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Sabrina!!

Excellent location near train station

Great location. Just a few blocks from the train station. Right in the midst of Florence with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent. Very comfortable space with plenty of room to spread out. Has a washer and dryer in the unit! Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment had everything my wife wanted and more. It even had a clothes dryer. That made her very happy. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The best part is the location location and location. Close to Firenze train station, heart of all activities, and important historical sights. Thank you.

Perfect Stay

Only three nights in Florence so we needed the perfect location and this apartment didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to the train station, loads of shopping and food galore. We walked to the other side of the river as well. Anything you need in the apartment and worked perfectly for myself and two children with room to spare. Communication with the host was spot on. Nothing negative to say here and would 100% rent again!

Fabulous!

This apartment was the perfect location - close to the Duomo and the train station. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and with several train rides (for day trips) being close to the train station was ideal! The street was fun and festive, but the apartment was extremely quiet! We slept great and loved having two bathrooms. Communication was fabulous and she was lovely to work with. This was the perfect spot for our family of five and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Clean, quiet, charming, and perfect location, we were able to walk from the train station to the apartment in about 5 mins and the street was bustling with coffee shops and restaurants, nice and bright at night, very safe feeling, and when we stepped into the apartment it was very quiet, also it was very close to everything you want to see, we would stay here again for sure.

Exceeded our expectations in many ways!

Our stay in this Florence apartment exceeded our expectations in many ways. First, it was exactly as described. It was clean, orderly, and in very good condition. The air conditioning was especially nice. Check-in has never been more clear and easy. Information about the apartment is clearly laid out in a notebook. Read the notebook!!! The air conditioning was wonderful. Second, the location is wonderful. It's close to the train station and tram lines T1 / T2. This is ideal if you arrive/depart by train or airplane. Easy and inexpensive. The location of this apartment is critical . . . not just for arrivals and departures. This apartment is located a short walk away from the key sites in Florence (e.g., Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Academia Gallery). Getting a taxi is nearly impossible if you don't have an Italian phone number. Too few taxis and too many people. The two times we had to get a taxi because the distance was too great to walk (a business appointment 5+ miles away) we were able to find assistance from locals. Outside of my business appointment, Florence was easily accessible on foot and no taxis were necessary. Third (and last), communication with the host was timely and informative. We felt we were genuinely welcome. The one question we had during our stay (Where's the dryer?) was responded to immediately. A great apartment and we would definitely stay there again.
