I liked the Schiacciata bodega across the way. The bar courtyard outside the church was lively from Tuesday through Sunday. I was upset by the gutter-like smell in the house when we checked in and several other times as it wafted strongly throughout the apartment. This was a real neighborhood and I appreciate the feeling of being able to quickly plug into it. Only wish we spoke some more Italian!

Lovely apartment but right on top of a street full of bars who play loud music till 2-3am mid week which attracts loads of people. We were unable to sleep every night only managing 3-4 hrs. This ruined our stay and time in Florence. We left cranky and exhausted. The shower is also terrible no water pressure it was seriously like a bad dribble. No dishwashing tablets, no coffee at all, no tea towel, no hand soap, no large garbage bags yet we were expected to walk the garbage to a pont several blocks away with no fob to access this.... Disappointing

Hello Nicole, we are sorry for the music, we cannot controll what people do in the streets, but all those things you say you did not find (coffe ecc) were in the welcome bag we found full when we checked you out, so you just did not see them!

Für 4 Personen optimal, allerdings gibt es im zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Beleuchtung am Bett. Gute Lage, mit kleineren Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Kommunikation und Informationen gut und zeitnah.
