Great location, easy check in process coordinating with obtaining keys. Apartment had everything I could need, including washer machine and detergent. Wifi was easy to connect and worked well. AC machine was great

It was a great place to stay. Close to the train station for us and walking into town was easy. You’re minutes away from the Duomo. I had a problem with A/C and they came right away and fixed it. I really appreciated that. I would stay there again if I can ever come back to Florence.

Wonderfully located and full of charm. The apartment sits in an excellent spot, and the property managers were prompt and responsive throughout our stay. The toilet was not fully functional, and the thin walls and windows let in a fair amount of street noise, though neither detracted from our enjoyment.For a Vrbo stay, a few small touches would have made the arrival feel far warmer: a kitchen hand towel, a little tea, or a bottle of water in the fridge. I'm always surprised when rentals overlook these inexpensive gestures, since they are simple to provide and make a lasting impression on guests.Even so, I'm happy to recommend this apartment. The managers welcome feedback graciously, and I have every confidence they will act on it.

The apartment is very well located: just a ten-minute walk to the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Pitti, Santa Maria Novella, etc. It is in a rather calm street and the bedroom is very quiet at night. The communication with the hosts and the concierge is excellent. They really do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

We only stayed one night, but were pleased with the VRBO. Easy to check in and out, someone met us in person to check in and the facility was exceptionally clean! It is very centrally located in the city and near many shops and places to dine! Thank you for letting us check in early, we really appreciated being able to drop our bags early!

Apartment was very clean and apartment manager was very kind let is check our bags early. Location was amazing. Next to pointe Vecchio and also very close by to market and all other attractions. Location was probably the best experience our stay. Walking distance to train station making it where we did not pay for expensive taxis. Thank you and would definitely recommend to stay.
