Welcome to a charming 1930s villa surrounded by beautiful nature and magnificent views. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy sunsets over the mountains and is in close proximity to both the sea and lush forests. The villa’s interior is both spacious and inviting, with a large upper floor that provides space for peace and quiet. The fireplace in the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere, perfect for cool evenings. This historic home has retained its charm while offering modern amenities, such as a well-equipped kitchen.

The house has two private wells that you can switch between if the water pressure in the faucets is low. During the summer months: Please use water sparingly. The water is suitable for cooking, washing dishes, showering, and brushing your teeth, but please bring your own drinking water. We’ll make sure there are six 1.5-liter bottles of drinking water waiting for you when you arrive.

During the winter months (October through April), we have a filter installed, so the water is safe to drink.
