This 280 m² country house offers exceptional views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from an 8-hectare private estate in the Saquèdes hills. You enjoy privileged access to the beaches of Sainte-Maxime in five minutes, while avoiding traffic to Saint-Tropez thanks to direct access to the A8 highway.



The spacious interior comprises seven bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a large living/dining room opening onto a covered terrace, a spacious fitted kitchen and a convivial bar. The layout comfortably accommodates up to 15 people for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends.



The grounds extend over a private property where you can relax by the 6 x 12 meter heated swimming pool with electric cover. A lighted boules court awaits you for your outdoor evenings, all facing south to enjoy the Provençal sun all day long.



Sainte-Maxime will charm you with its beaches and Mediterranean lifestyle. Saint-Tropez and its famous shores are nearby, while the lakeside town of Port-Grimaud invites you to discover its canals and unique architecture. The elevated location offers peace and tranquility.
