Girls Holiday

The property location is wonderful with walkability to the market daily in Sainte Maxime. The beaches in this area are beautiful and this made a great location for day trips to Cannes, Grasse, Nice, St. Tropez and Grimaud. Wonderfully appointed and comfortable villa which led to many lovely evenings cooking in and enjoying the slower pace of life.

Fantastic Stay and wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful holiday, from the booking arrangements, to correspondence with the owner (Laurence) via emails and being met by a very nice lady who showed us round and made sure we were settled in. The Villa was outstanding, clean and welcoming, a particularly good facility for me was off road parking as we drove down in our own car. Overall, a Fantastic experience.

The host was very accommodating, and the lovely villa had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s well-located within walking distance to town and features a spacious terrace with a pleasant view of nature and a glimpse of the ocean. The pool was clean and well maintained. The house manager was exceptionally helpful- always available, quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth and enjoyable. I recommend this house to friends and family.Thank you Laurence and Magaly!

A wonderful house!

We rented the house to stay with my family including a 2 year old and everything was perfect! The house is located just a few minute walk to the town and the beach. The house itself had everything we needed and was very safe for a young child! The pool area was a dream! Laurence and Magaly were very communicative and made the checkin and checkout very easy! We will certainly be back!

Amazing

I almost don’t want to write how amazing this villa is, so we can keep it as our secret ! The location is 10 mins from town , I got a buggy back up the hill with no problem and the beaches are also really close . Magalay was so kind and helpful with loads of recommendations of restaurants / places to see. The property is gorgeous 5 well situated bedrooms 4 bathrooms with 3 walk in showers . The pool was gorgeous with lots of lovely shade . All modern appliances and air conditioning. We will return , we enjoyed it so much thank you for letting us stay .

6/10 Okay

Overall, just ok—I had been extremely excited for the home but left feeling Eh. For the price point (and in my experience in the US and abroad) I would have expected simple things like shampoo/conditioner, starter laundry soap, and extra towels. There was 1 roll of toilet paper, hardly any paper towels, no basic toiletries except hand soap, no detergent. It is also being marketed as “steps to the beach” with no beach towels and the beach a 12 minute walk away. House rules are also super strict (manually cover the pool every night, all cushions off the chairs and to be stowed each night, kitchen cleaning not included in cleaning fee). I was also turned off by the check out process—the property manager was insistent on stopping before checkout for inspection/instructions, which is highly unnecessary. Luckily the host agreed to bypass this process so we could finish our last day without having to schedule a meetup. The positive of the home was the air conditioning in the heat wave but I wouldn’t return or recommend at this price point unless adjustments are made—folks are on vacation and want to enjoy the space

Goede locatie

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus.

Tolle Pizzas in nächster Nähe, an toller Location/Aussichtslage.

Great premise and location

The house was a comfortable holiday home for us, with some lovely classic features and furniture, but modern convenience. We had a good check in and although a few small initial niggles these were swiftly dealt with. The patio has glimpses of the gulf - extra special with the long ships from the St Tropez Boat Show, & the pool wonderful. As we stayed late in the season, we did find the boundary trees did rather restrict the amount of sun, but I am sure are a welcome relief in the full summer heat. Maybe best of all is the location, very quiet but so close to the centre of the town & beach.

Toller Aufenthalt

Super dejligt hus i Sainte-Maxime
