This farmhouse with private pool welcomes you to the heart of Tuscia, a historic residence from the early 1800s that has been carefully restored. You will reach the property via a path through the woods, part of the ancient Via Francigena, which leads you to the motorized gate and the driveway.



On the ground floor, you will find a large living area with kitchen, dining room, and sitting room with fireplace. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a wooden veranda with a sofa bed overlooking the park.



The property extends over more than a hectare of private parkland, where chestnut trees and seven centuries-old oaks grow. The wooden swimming pool with solarium offers a panoramic view of the valley, perfect for relaxing on summer days.



A short walk from Lake Vico and the renowned thermal baths of Viterbo, you can explore Tuscia and its historic villages. The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV with streaming service for your comfort.

The house and the area are truly lovely. It’s nice...

The house and the area are truly lovely. It’s nice and cool inside the house, and the amenities are top-notch—we especially loved the authentic decor and didn’t miss a thing. The pool is in a great spot, and if you’re traveling with young people, they can have fun undisturbed by the pool while you enjoy the beautiful pergola. We would highly recommend the house and the surrounding area at any time—there’s plenty to see.
