Great family location

the property was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location. I actually prefer the bayside, as it was close to the best view from the pool. the pool area was pristine. the fishing pier was perfect for the family to do what they love while i hung by the pool and i could see them the entire time. The room was clean, and pretty with a beach vibe. The kitchen had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. HIGHLY RECOMEND and the property contact was quick to answer.

Fun trip despite beach closing

The condo was as pictured. The back pool was nice but crowded The beds in both bedrooms were hard as a rock. Memory foam sucks for overall comfort.

They also had some beach chairs and a cooler available for use! We felt safe as the property is gated and has several friendly security officers that round frequently. The walk to the pools and beach were perfect! We would choose to stay here again!

Girls Trip #301

Property was decorated nicely, beds were comfortable and the location was right next to a trolley stop. We really enjoyed the actual condo and the couches are so comfortable!! The private beach was enjoyable. We enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The only downside was that you can hear absolutely everything going on in the condo above you. We were woken up both of the mornings we stayed by kids running and bouncing a ball at 6:00-7:00 in the morning. Other than that had a great time!

The location is great - this is the 3rd yr we’ve stayed at Palm Bay, & we’ll be back. The only real complaint was the guests above us were noisy.

Nice clean and cozy villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the villa, it was very clean, nice beds and mattresses, they left us more than enough towels and the also had very useful beach accessories (beach wagon, cooler, etc) available and ready for us to use. Every room had extra blankets, bed sheets and pillows in case we needed to change them. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Overall we had a great experience, I would recommend this villa 100%. Only not so good thing was there’s no washer and dryer for you to do your laundry (a least to wash our wet and sandy clothes) but that didn’t ruined our stay. Villa is located at the entrance of the bayside which is also a big pro !!

Great Location and Beach!

Overall, this was a great stay. The location was ideal, and the beach is amazing. Some things that would have made the stay better would be to have had some basic things that other places offer like coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, salt and pepper, etc. Or at least say that guests need to provide their own in the listing. We could have brought these things from home but instead had to go out and buy them. Additionally, the check in process wasn't clear in the listing either and we arrived after the office was closed. Providing these details ahead of time would have been helpful. We stayed on the bay side and the office is across the street on the gulf side. All of this was a bit confusing in the dark at 9pm. Once we were settled with everything we needed, it was fantastic and we'll come back next time prepared!

Beach towels and cooler provided by owner. Easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Complex is quiet. Complex provides beach chairs, walk to the beach and you will see them on your right. Condo is on the bay side where you can spot dolphins and manatees, or just watch the boats go by. Conveniently located to enjoy the entire island. Trolley is available to catch a free ride. Will be back!

Location, location, location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year at The Palm Bay Club and, all things considered, this was our favorite location. We loved being on the ground level with the main fountain just off the side of our patio. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The mattress on the king bed should probably be replaced sooner rather than later given the hill in the center. It would been nice to have a functioning light on the patio for reading in the late evening and early morning. Otherwise, everything inside the unit was marvelous. Overall, we would choose this unit/location every year if it was available.

Nice condo but some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not handled very well by the front desk. We were carelessly put into the wrong unit and then realized after hours that we were in the wrong place. Security helped us but we had to move in a hurry. Staff seemed short and not very helpful. Also bayside pool wasn’t working. That was very disappointing.
