Unidad 349 - 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, condominio interior con vista a la bahía

Este segundo piso, recientemente renovado condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, está ubicado en la bahía de nuestra propiedad. El Bayside tiene una piscina, jacuzzi, muelle de pesca y parrillas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte del lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad que tiene otra piscina, dos canchas de tenis y nuestra playa de arena blanca. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos habitaciones tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal, con una decoración cómoda, está amueblado con una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y una litera con una cama de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y dos camas individuales en la parte superior. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana de 32 "para su entretenimiento, mientras que la sala de estar tiene 40
 Televisor de pantalla plana con servicio FIOS HD TV. Ambos baños tienen combinaciones de bañera / ducha. La cocina recientemente renovada tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio tiene baldosas en todo. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado que usted y su familia pueden usar para disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales.

Heat Works Just In Case...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ...we just happen to pick two weeks during a cold snap across the entire country, including FLA. And yes, we did turn the heat on in the evenings! Palm Bay is our go to resort! We've been coming to SK for 49 years, we've stayed at a dozen different places on the key and have found that Palm Bay is our favorite. We choose the Bay Side mainly because of the oversized Hot Tub. Another plus is that their big pool on the clubhouse side is heated very nicely and you can swim in it even during the cold snap! Their fitness room is very well appointed with just about everything you would want. The units are all very nicely appointed and stocked and most of all clean. We would say if there was one downside it might be the stocking of some of the kitchen cleaning supplies like dish soap. Can't wait for another trip back to our favorite place, SK and our favorite place to stay, PB. If you've never stayed on SK, then you have no idea what your missing...the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country!

The Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and they even had beach chairs and a cooler to use. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Second time staying at the Palm Bay club. We love the location and the pools. The pool on the bay side is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is wonderful and we love having the chairs delivered for free! Our only complaint is the elevator sounds horrible and we were afraid to take it. We could also use some better amenities left from room service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed in this unit and each room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the rooms did seem to not cool off as much as the rest of the unit. I love that it came with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. No need to rent umbrellas because the unit had two. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but they also give you a parking pass if you want to drive to the beach. Midnight Pass is a busy road but I liked how there was a light and pedestrian walk right in front of the resort. This made it easy for the kids to come and go. The pool is also very close to this unit if you choose to take a break from the beach. Overall we had a great stay here!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will def be staying here again. Loved it was all gated and bay on one side and beach on the other plenty of pools. When we showed up our coffee pot was broken. We were really worried we were going to have to purchase a new pot but they were very accommodating and brought us a new pot right away. They had so many things available for us to use. We did not use a lot of items available was nice to know they were there if we needed them in the future. Everyone was very nice. The elevator broke shortly after our visit but they had it fixed in one day so it did not effect our stay. Our power went out once and they very quickly came and it was fixed immediately. There was the frog hopper picking us up quickly anytime we started out short walk to the village. All and all was an amazing fun trip and even though we had these small few things happen was nice we could count on them to be available right away. It was so nice and clean and plenty of bedding all available.

Well done!

The rooms décor matches the local beach environment making the time in the home relaxing and happy. The beaches and the local area were relaxing and fun. It all felt like a real vacation home. Just what was needed!

Great getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend. The condo was spacious enough for the 6 of us and was perfectly located between the bay and the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

But the staff for the property were very rude since the time we made the reservation. Too much limitation, too much restrictions like only one car allowed in the property! I don’t like the way they treated us.just FYI a 1 year old baby count as a regular adult.

The premises was immaculate and beautifully appointed!

The location was perfect for our family w/ children who spent the most time in the pool near the bay! Not far to the ocean. There was plenty of privacy for the children and their mom to bunk in one bedroom and my husband and I had our privacy with our own bathroom in the master suite! Plenty of clean towels and pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Appliances seemed new and with the tile floors, easy to sweep the sand up for us! We hope to return next year!

A week in paradise

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here at 349! Great communication/clarity on everything, easy check-in/check-out, perfectly clean unit and stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely loved having a beach cart! Couches and beds are super comfortable! The whole place is beachy, cute and well-organized. Thank you for everything! We had an amazing week and will be back for sure!
