Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el primer piso está ubicado en el lado de la bahía de nuestra propiedad. El lado de la bahía tiene una piscina, jacuzzi y parrillas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte lateral del Golfo de nuestra propiedad que tiene otra piscina, dos canchas de tenis y nuestra playa de arena blanca. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal, confortablemente decorado, está amueblado con una cama King, y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama doble y una cama doble. Además, hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Ambos baños tienen combinaciones de bañera / ducha. La hermosa cocina de planta abierta tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera. El condominio tiene azulejo en todo. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado que usted y su familia pueden usar para disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales.

First Time to Palm Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived late although obtaining key and docs was efficient via lock box; there was also security there to assist as required. Found the property as beautiful and relaxing, especially the pomanade walk to ocean with palms lining the way. We were on bay side which was nice too, having a crosswalk near property made it easy and efficient to go to beach, and on bay side access close to hot tub, dock over water and pool was also both effic8ent and convenient. Condo was really nice, remodeled bathrooms was a plus for sure. The patio opened to secure gated center and just all flowed nicely. Condo was spacious, of the 3 tvs 2 had cable and the 3rd was just internet TV, and all in all worked fine for us. Beds comfy and pull-out sofa was handy. Hot water wasn't hot, but warm enough and we are kinda glad since helped to reduce chance of pain from showering with sunburns, which we all quickly obtained gladly at the beach. Kudos to owners and Condo association, great security and grounds maintenance. We signed up for next year too, tried to get same Condo but someone else beat us by 1 hour per front desk. But trying another on bay side next year and look forward to returning. Extra note, two dolphins swim up and down channel all the time, was 10 feet away from us one time as we sat on dock; dock over the water is so much nicer than dock on shore, nicely done. Boat slips were empty, but one boat pulled right up to dock to drop folks off, very convienient.

Weekend getaway

The place was great for our little family. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Place was clean. They could use new mattresses on the beds. Other than that would recommend.

Okay to a point

Not as good of an experience

Unfortunately, we checked in after the office was closed so we dealt with the dirty floor,appliances and countertops in kitchen, bath, and table in living room. It made us wonder how thoroughly any of the other areas had been cleaned. 2. The toilet flushed but would not flush again for about 30 minutes due to slow bowl filling.3. The furnishing are dingy for this rental and could really use updating. 4. The rules say that you cannot claim or save beach chairs for the day and that towels will be removed. But every day, by 9 am available chairs were scarce and empty chairs set up on the beach, being held for future use.We've stayed here many years, booking 3 condos each time and were disappointed with this unit/experience.

1) Property managers moved us to a different condo unit as the one we booked was not up to their requirements. Really appreciated this. 2). Nice coomplex and great pools/hot tub. 3) Staff Great. 4) Downside was there are no bathrooms off the beach area and possibly a long walk to your unit.

First Siesta Vacation

It is very outdated with worn out furniture, beds and very old bathroom fixtures. It is in serious need of updates. Also, upon check in we were told the ice maker was not working and that it would be fixed right away. Called 2 more times during stay becuase it was leaking water all over floor but never fixed. Please encourage owner to upgrade interior or lower rental rates.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time, the unit has an excellent air conditioner system, celing fans in all rooms which is great, and goof shower preasure, it was clean and the beach towels in the room are very appreciated, but the king bed is to thow away really bad and the kitchen doors are falling appart the unit is completely outdated. The two recliner chairs in living room are really bad too.

The picture indicates it has an enclosed courtyard. This is misleading. It does have a courtyard, but it is not enclosed. It is open to a walkway which leads to a very busy street. When you look out the sliding glass doors, you see a parking lot and people passing by to get to the street.

My daughters graduation trip

The apartment was clean (except for the coffee maker). The furniture was a bit outdated compared to the other apartments in the same complex. I believe there might be a slight mold issue, but I'm not a professional, so I can't say 100%. The location is great. Everything is close by. Lots of restaurants and stores. It was a long walk to the beach. You have to go across the street and go through the other part of the complex to get to the beach. The boat doc and the private beach are a huge plus!! They are also perfect places to watch the sunrise and sunset. All in all, I would go back but stay on the Club side of the complex.

Very disappointed

The accommodations are very outdated. The check in process was odd and the receptionist was unfriendly. We did not receive fresh towels once during our stay and our room was never cleaned. No toiletries were provided, kitchen had utensils but nothing more. Overall, disappointed.

This little place is awesome , a pool on the river with sitting area to meet and greet or just sit .

This is a clean property , nice area . Access to both side , gulf and the River . Our condo was great neat and has everything you needed .

Relaxing family stay

Location was great, but definitely far for walking to any restaurants. The condo was “good” but beds were uncomfortable. The king bed was so sunken on one side, we all woke up with back pain. The hot water heater was good for one shower. Shower early morning or will guarantee it to be cold! We loaded 15$ on laundry card to find out you cannot get it refunded so load as you need. The towels you have in room are all you’ll get. It’s vacation we just didn’t want to be washing laundry. Security is fantastic. Every time we looked we saw security. Wear your wrist bands or you’ll get scolded : ) Overall, very nice. The room just needs some tlc and updated new beds!

Our specific unit was dated and showed a lot of use, beds were sunken in furniture was old and the unit had a musty smell. I called front desk to ask to have the floors cleaned and nobody ever showed up so we handled it on our own. That was disappointing. I felt that it should be in better condition than it was for the price we paid. I would love to come back just not to that unit.

Clean. Lots of amenities!

The only negative the vertical blinds in bedroom and living room are missing some pieces so we felt a bit exposed at times. Plus the wine bottle opener was broken!!
