This renovated first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds . Both bathrooms are newly-renovated, while the master has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub combo. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. This unit is not equipped with an ice maker. This condo does not have a landline in the unit. The condo has tile and wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location next to the canal and the beach. The swimming pool and hot tub on the canal side was a pleasant surprise with amazing views. Tennis/pickle ball courts and fitness centre were fantastic for the non-beach times. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Beds are high quality. Only issue was cooking pans and utensils need to be updated. Great location with private beach access and property management ensured we had a great stay! Highly recommended Palm Bay Club!

Great property

Amazing vacation

The unit had and was exactly what we needed for my husband and I and 3 sons. When we got there the microwave didn't work but within a few days they put in a new one. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool and hot tub by the bay only steps away from our unit, was delightful, as was the stroll to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Palmbay Club for over 25 years. Our family has had two family reunions, and our immediate family getaways at this location in Siesta Key. All very successful and memorable due to the location and staff helpfulness. Our unit this time was clean and near the Bayside pool. We have a family member with disabilities so it's crucial for us to have a walk-in shower. The grocery store is near and if we needed restaurants, they are nearby as well.

3rd time stay at PBC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "C" I recommend that anyone who stays at PBC make sure that the owners of the condo stay they themselves when visiting Siesta Key. This unit was someone's investment property only. Very few amenities. No ice trays, foam rubber bedding, sliding screen door didn't work, furniture looked like it came from a second hand store, etc.

Condo nice, master bed was awful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bed was just awful, it was the hardest bed I have ever felt in my life. This was the only disappointment. It was like sleeping on a cement pad. One day I woke up and couldn’t move because of it.Other than that, the condo was very nice.

Nice condo

This condo was on the Bayside. Close to the pool and hot tub so all you had to do was look out the slider to see if the pool was busy. You did have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the beach which didn't bother me at all but made a couple of my vacation partners crabby. Theonly drawback is you can't walk to any of the bars or restaurants but I knew that when I booked. If you're looking for a condo where you can walk everywhere this is not the one for you. However if you're looking to relax and stay on the property a trolley into the village this would be perfect.

Five Days in SK

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. Our unit was clean and accessible. We were unaware of the walking distance to the beach from the bayside. The next time we come that will be taken into consideration. The only complaint with our unit was the bedrooms did not cool as well as the kitchen and living room area. They were rather stuffy at night. We used fans in the bedroom doorways to make the bedrooms a more comfortable temperature.

Very nice week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying in this unit and we have already booked our 2024 stay. The condo is the second unit in from the end, making it very convenient to the pool area. The open layout makes the living room-dining-kitchen area feel quite roomy. The beds are comfortable and the walk-in closet in the master suite is a plus. It appeared that the unit was being painted but two of the rooms were only partially done. We hope this will be complete next year. The only down side was the need for brighter light bulbs in the dining area and an additional lamp for the living room. These areas were quite dim at night.

Family friendly vacation destination with nice amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was nice. Two great pools that were heated perfectly and a large hot tub that was almost too hot to enjoy. The walkway to the beach is paved and makes the journey there easy. We stayed on the bayside so it was a long walk. We absolutely loved the chair service. It was great not having to drag beach chairs. We appreciated the security and maintenance workers. They were all really friendly. The condo AC was not working properly and maintenance came and immediately fixed it. Our condo was mediocre at best. The kitchen cabinets had laminate coming off and not a great selection of items to use. The condo definitely needs some updating compared to other family members condos. The laundry not being in the condo is a big downside.

Told you to reboot router but never did the trick. Refrigerator made noise that would sometimes wake you up. Beds in guest room were so loud that if you moved you woke others in the room. Paint job was just horrible.

Late July week long stay...Good & Bad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing at the Palm Bay Club since I was a child. It has always been such a beautiful place and well kept. With that being said, I have noticed that this particular condo needs a bit of updating with furniture and cabinets- bathroom door in master doesn’t close easily, master bedroom door doesn’t lock, and closet door in 2nd bedroom is off the track. It’s still nice, and provides adequate sleeping arrangements and such. I do wish the back pool was monitored a bit more. I saw some inappropriate activity amongst some teens on the back pier, that should be saved for bedroom. Thankfully my children were on the shallow end of the pool and oblivious. I really just wish if parents had older kids on the beach or pool they would have a discussion about behavior and cleaning up their trash. TONS of Trash on the beach at night left behind by the large group of kids that were gathering mid way between the access point from Palm Bay and the ocean. Still as beautiful as ever and Palm Bay staff had it all cleaned up by morning. Just disappointed in the lack of care for the beach and oceans from tourists.

Great weather, great week, great complex, condo not so great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our fourth stay at Palm Bay Club was fantastic. Staff was great! Complex is in a great location, very clean grounds, pools were warm since weather was hot, but we enjoyed the pool anyway, beach is wonderful and pickle ball we played was fun. The amount of stars in this review are high for the overall complex but the unit (324) needs a lot of attention. Now for the condo unit we stayed in - this condo needs updated and repaired for sure. The unit smelled on our arrival and we had to buy air fresheners to absorb the smell. The furniture in the condo is too big and jammed into the guest room and the kitchen table and chairs are bulky and there are too many heavy chairs that take up a lot of room. The kitchen was okay, but there is a crack in the granite at the sink that almost cut one of our fingers. Not a lot of kitchen utensils. Many of the outlets throughout the condo don’t work.there were lightbulbs burned out in the bathroom that maintenance had to replace. The guest bathroom tub needed maintenance on our arrival because it didn’t drain. Maintenance attended to it right away and we appreciated it. The recliner in the living room is broken and the couches are not very comfortable. The paint on the walls isn’t complete and messy and looks like a very sloppy job. We will definitely be back to this complex but will NOT rent this condo. We appreciated the staff being so kind with issues we had with this unit.

Not happy this time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year I stay here and in the exact room. This trip was utter chaos. There was no where to park due to construction on the building and then they switched cable companies so there was no TV because the room was outdated no smart TVs. I'm also kinda disappointed another guest said the owner of there room gave them a 100 gift card for a restaurant for being a loyal guest. I never get anything maybe I need to change the room I stay in .

Nice stay with a few hiccups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay club for a number of years. Love the location, love the Bayside and the Bayside pool. First time renting this condo. The updates were very nice. But, when we walked in it was a horrible smell, maintenance came in and change the air filter and sprayed air freshener. The bathroom had a had an inch of water on the floor which we later found out the main drain pipe from upstairs condo to downstairs was cracked and sewage was leaking into the bathroom. Palm Bay club came in and fixed it in one day. The manager never contacted us as we requested. Also, the Internet did not work and someone came in and fix that for us, no can opener which we had to buy, frying pan scratched need to be replaced. Also, they were power washing the walkways which the dirty water got all over our car.

Palm Bay room 324

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming annually for 17 years now and this was the roughest experience but still not to terrible.There was construction beside and above us with jackhammers literal lay above our head. We just couldn’t be in the room during the day but it wasn’t a huge deal. Also the fridge and freezer didn’t work 2 of the three days but problem was fixed and a new fridge was brought in.

Unit 324 in Palm Bay Club on the bayside.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times in the month of February and into March. This year we were very disappointed & distressed about the condition of the furnishings. The couch cushions are worn out & uncomfortable. We put blankets under them to give them some padding. The carpet in the tv area is filthy and totally worn out. The patio had a small ice cream type table & chairs, but no other chairs for reading. Someone had taken the master bedroom wicker chair outside, so I too used that to sit on the patio, so I could read outside. The tv area part of the unit had been partially painted, but very poorly done, with areas visibly not painted. This unit is is a great location, but needs to be updated & improved .
