The space has been designed for comfort and ease, featuring two bedrooms: a generous double with a private en-suite, and a small double room, ideal for two children or a single adult.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with seating for four, perfect for relaxed meals or planning your day. The living area offers a cosy corner sofa, Smart TV, and WiFi, creating a great space to unwind after exploring the city.

A dedicated parking space for one car is included, with a fob provided for convenient access.

Free Parking for one car at the property for guests to use. The space is labelled number 12 and is located to the rear of the property. Guests must use the permit required in the property on display at all times. Upon checkout guests must return permit to kitchen table. DO NOT PUT THE PERMIT THROUGH THE LETTERBOX!

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
