Five years in the making, The Fold is ready to welcome its first guests. Rescued from an uncertain future, this unique family run estate now offers Adult-Only guest accommodation in four luxurious suites that can be booked individually, or together offering an exclusive experience for larger groups.

Lovingly restored by the owners from the old stables, the buildings retain the charm and character of their heritage, with the attention to detail expected from a boutique hotel. The sensitively curated and generously sized suites are situated around the original enclosed courtyard where horses would come 'back to the fold' after a hard days work on the land. The French inspired courtyard garden is for private use of those staying in the suites, with outdoor and undercover dining and BBQ facilities. There is even an indoor barn that can be added for additional cost, that is perfect for group activities and private dining.

All this situated within a stunning 24 acre parkland setting with ancient meadows, natural woodlands and teaming with wild animals; yours to roam and explore during your stay. Remote and peaceful, yet just five minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Histon with award winning cafes, restaurants and pubs. A warm welcome from the local community is assured.

The world is becoming ever more fast paced and increasingly virtual, the core idea in creating The Fold is to provide an oasis of calm and authenticity at the heart of one of the fastest growing parts of the country. We hope you will take the chance to 'switch off' from the day to day while you are here, but in case you do need to stay connected there is secure high speed wifi in each suite, a good sound system, smart TVs and even a dishwasher. Electric vehicles are also fully embraced with the undercover parking area providing type 2 charging facilities for upto 4 vehicles.
