Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful country villa near Búger, ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. The house combines traditional Mallorcan charm, with its stone facade and rural setting, with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

The exterior is one of the property's greatest attractions. The villa boasts a spacious garden with fruit trees, a private 12 x 5 meter chlorine pool, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. It also offers various spaces for enjoying the outdoors, such as a terrace with a chill-out area, an outdoor dining area, and a portable barbecue, perfect for summer lunches and dinners. In addition, the furnished porch with a ping-pong table provides an ideal space for spending quality time together.

The main house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a welcoming living-dining room with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a fireplace, perfect for both summer days and off-season stays. The separate kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, has everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay. There is also a washing machine, dryer, and a toilet on this floor.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, mountain views, and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate annex and also has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, offering more privacy for a couple or part of a group. For families with babies, we can provide a cot and highchair upon request.

The property has outdoor parking for up to 6 cars.

The house is located in Búger, a picturesque town in the north of the island, perfect for a peaceful holiday away from the crowds. There you will find several restaurants and shops, or you can enjoy a relaxing stroll through the town and its surroundings. Furthermore, the accommodation is just a twenty-minute drive from the north coast and thirty minutes from Palma, the island's capital.

- All guest information (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport/ID number, issue date, and nationality) must be provided through our platform before arrival.

- Guests are responsible for removing all trash and leaving the property clean before departure. Failure to do so may result in a €90 penalty, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
