Can Jaume is a villa for 7 people in Can Picafort (Muro). It’s just a few minutes’ drive from the beach. The villa, with its modern and comfortable design, is perfect for enjoying the countryside and relaxing surrounded by nature all year round. It is climate-controlled with air conditioning for summer and water-based central heating for winter. The property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a wonderful garden with a pool for enjoying the outdoors.
The villa sits on a 9,000 m² lot and has 210 m² of living space spread over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a garage, a full laundry room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen featuring access to and views of the garden, two bedrooms with closets, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the second floor, there is a spacious and very bright living room with panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding nature; it opens onto a large terrace and, on the other side, leads to an en-suite bedroom with a full bathroom featuring a shower and a large walk-in closet.
All rooms have air conditioning and central heating, except for the bedroom on the ground floor.
The house is winter-ready with hydronic heating throughout and a large fireplace in the living room.
Outside, there is a large garden with mountain views and a wonderful 12x6 pool with an average depth of 1.20 metres.
There is also a sand beach volleyball court for enjoying some sports.
We highlight the peaceful setting and the mountain views, perfect for relaxation. Just a 10-minute drive away is an urban area with shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and access to the white-sand beaches in the north of the island.

*PAYMENT OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS TOURIST TAX “ECOTASA” (not included in the rental price) We would like to inform and remind guests who choose to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands that, upon arrival, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) levied by the Balearic Government will be charged upon arrival to all tourists—both residents and foreigners—staying in tourist accommodation (just as it is in hotels). These funds are allocated to the preservation and care of the islands and to improving all aspects of tourism. The rate for this tax is €2.00 per night, per adult (youth aged 16 and older are counted as adults and therefore pay the ecotasa).
This applies through the ninth night of the stay; a 50% discount is then applied for subsequent nights. This applies during “high season.” During “low season,” the fee is €0.50 per night, per adult, up to the ninth night of your stay, with a 50% discount applied to subsequent nights.
The eco-tax must be paid in CASH.
