This is one of the oldest and most historic houses in Sarandë, passed down from generation to generation as a cherished family heritage.
Why they chose this property
During the war, my grandfather, who was an agronomist, chose this house together with my grandmother.
What makes this property unique
Our home is one of the few remaining traditional single-family houses in the area, as many others have been sold over the years. Built with authentic craftsmanship, it naturally stays pleasantly cool in the summer and warm and cozy during the winter. Tucked perfectly between neighboring houses, it features a unique garden with incredibly fertile soil—literally anything you plant here turns out absolutely delicious!
