Beautiful 4 bdrm Farmhouse with ocean views, Fife.

Drinkbetween Farmhouse has recently been refurbished. Sleeping anywhere from 4 up to 8 guests it is ideally situated in a beautiful & peaceful rural setting on Banchory Farm, just 40 minutes from Edinburgh. There is a large contained garden. It has spectacular views over the fields to the ocean so you can truly relax. However, for those who love to explore, it’s ideally located close to some of Scotland’s most iconic towns like St Andrews, Elie or Gleneagles, all just 40 minutes away.

The space
Drinkbetween Farmhouse is full of charm with plenty of space for the entire family or for two families. It can sleep up to 8 people. You just have to request the forth bedroom.

The newly renovated Tom Howley kitchen, dining room upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom have all recently been renovated up to a very high standard. Photos are yet to be taken of the these upgraded rooms but we think you will love then as they are beautiful.

The bedrooms include King sized beds and the third includes single bunks to accommodate groups with up to 6 guests. We also recently opened up a fourth bedroom downstairs that sleeps 2 in two single beds and is next to the new downstairs bathroom that has a loo and walk-in shower.

Sleeping up to 8 people Drinkbetween House is the ideal country escape.

Please note there are additional charges to cover extra washing and cleaning per person over six people so if you require all four bedrooms to be open please indicate that in your booking by adding one or two over and above the six- or just message me directly to discuss in more detail.

We welcome pets but please note there is a £45 additional fee per pet to help cover the additional cleaning fees. Please note dogs are not allowed upstairs or in any of the bedrooms.

Opt for an early check-in from 2:30pm (instead of 4pm) for £15 - please message us to organise.

We provide a basket of wood for the first night but extra bags can be ordered directly with us for £15 a bag.

Travel cots and high chairs can be requested at time of booking for £15.

We sleep up to 8 guests, currently the price is for the three rooms so the two extra guests are charged at £30 each per night.

The layout is as follows: Three bedrooms upstairs - Two have two large king size beds and there is a bunk room with a large walk in bathroom that has a shower and a clawfoot bath. Downstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds and a newly renovated modern bathroom with a shower.

Please note we are only 30 minutes from Edinburgh International Airport and although we are only a short drive from the supermarkets we do recommend you hire a car as we are in the country.

You will have full access to the Farmhouse. Please make yourself at home and enjoy absolute privacy! It’s best to drive to Drinkbetween House as we are located on a farm. There is ample parking available in front of the house with your own private driveway and garden.

Other things to note
Please note the garages at the back of the house will be locked and off limits. However the house and gardens are to be enjoyed by all of our lovely visitors. Please note that Banchory Farm which Drinkbetween is a part of, is a working farm. So there are cattle, calves, sheep and lambs at different times of the year along with some big machinery like tractors, harvesters and other vehicles. We ask that you take care as you would anywhere and that all dogs remain on a leash while in the farm boundaries. There are many beautiful walks around the farm and further afield. We just ask that guests don’t walk through the farm steading due to large vehicles and instead take the road left as you walk out of the house rather than right.

Please under no circumstances vape or smoke in the house, please do that outside.

Please note that we advertise four bedrooms however our prices are for only three bedrooms and a maximum of 6 guests at the price advertised. If you wish to sleep 8 there is an additional £50 per person per night which is reflected when you book. Please also note the three rooms that are available are the two large bedrooms with king size beds, and a room with a bunk bed. If you wish to swap the bunk bed for the forth bedroom with two single beds we can do that as we know that adults don`t enjoy sleeping in bunk beds and this will be done free of charge so long s the bunk beds are not slept in.
