Q- Is the house cleaned well to avoid COVID-19?
A - We are doing a very thorough cleaning of all surfaces, towels, covers, plates, and utensils. We are doing everything we can to keep you and your group safe.

Q- Is the Pool heated and when during the year can we use it
A - Pool is solar heated, so it works when ambient temperature is consistently more than 80 degrees. Usually pool is too cold to swim between October and March.

Q – How do I get the keys/access to the house?
A – This is a self-check in house. The door has a digital key lock. You'll get a unique code 24 hours prior to check in.

Q - How far is the home from the Airport, The Strip, The Convention Center?
A – Approximately 10 Minutes to the airport and 16 Minutes to Las Vegas Strip & Convention Center

Q – What is the process of renting this place?
A – Send an inquiry with date's desired, number of guests, and any other questions you may have. I will respond with quote, payment request & further instructions within 24 hours.

A – Check-in is normally after 4pm & Check-out is 11:00AM. Early check-in & Late check-out may be arranged.
