We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Maida Vale is known for its picturesque canals and charming streets. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to nearby cafes, boutique shops, and the vibrant atmosphere of Little Venice. This neighbourhood offers a blend of tranquillity and cosmopolitan life, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Queen's Park, is just a 4-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 44-minute drive from the property.

Conveniently situated near the Queen's Park and Westbourne Park stations, you can easily access the Bakerloo Line and Hammersmith & City Line, respectively. These provide quick links to Central London and other key destinations. Buses are also readily available for exploring the city.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
