No Parties or Events: This is a strictly `no parties` property. Unauthorised guests are not permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only permitted outside in the private back garden; please dispose of waste responsibly.

Driveway & Gardens: Please ensure all vehicles stay within the private driveway. Feel free to enjoy the front and back gardens, but please clear away any rubbish.

Accessibility: If using mobility aids, please ensure they are clean before entering to protect the new flooring.

Kitchen Care: Please rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher and ensure the tumble dryer lint filter is cleared after use.
