Excellent location for our Ski trip!! Quick drive to the Boyne Mtn and many great restaurants. Very cozy and extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable too!! We had a Great stay!

Quaint, roomy cottage with many sleeping options. Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Well equipped kitchen. Home had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend.

Wonderful cottage!

We loved staying here, the home is perfect, the location to town is great! Our favorite was sitting on the porch in the evening.

This was a fantastic, charming cottage equipped with everything we could need! There was lots a comfortable seating and a gas stove to snuggle around. The home was immaculate with plenty of places to store your gear. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, winter or summer. We so hope to stay here again!

Lakeside cabin

The property was very cozy and relaxing for us on our vacation, it was also pristinely clean, it was also very close to downtown Boyne city and was a very easy walk to the water. If we are in the area again we would gladly stay at the cabin again if available!

We loved our stay. We had 5 ladies and there was plenty of room. Our first time in Boyne City and we loved that downtown was walking distance from the rental.

Boyne cottage

Wonderful place, had everything we needed for a family ski weekend. We had two children ages 2 & 4 with 5 adults and we had plenty of room for all. The best part was the cozy family room with fireplace!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in Boyne over the 4th of July holiday. The cottage was close walk to all the activities and fun downtown. The home was stocked with everything you need and was the perfect fit for our family and one set of grandparents. Thank you to Matt and Sheila for the hospitality!

This property was clean, comfortable, convenient to town (walkable), and fully equipped for our son, his wife, and three boys ages 5 to 12. (We rented the place for them.) The owner was very responsive and communicative. We reported loose railings on the front porch, which she said she would have fixed ASAP. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs (one is on the main floor), and the only full bathroom is on the main floor, so that's a challenge for anyone sleeping upstairs who must rise in the night to use the bathroom. It's just a fact that potential renters should keep in mind - but it's a great getaway place for most families.

Great downtown location

We are a family of 6 and had such a nice time here. The location to walk to town and the beaches are great. The kids loved sleeping on the front porch and the adults enjoyed the quiet backyard. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and resolved any issues/questions right away. We would recommend this vrbo to our friends and family.

Charming cottage, walking distance to town

We had a great, family fun filled weekend. This cottage has the capability to sleep large families comfortably with enough space to spread out a little. Short drives to Charlevoix and petoskey. Hope to stay again next summer, we had a great time- thank you so much!!!!

Boyne City Visit

Came to stay in Boyne City for a soccer tournament in Petoskey and found the Cedar Hill Cottage. Beautiful inside and out! Great location to walk into town for shops and restaurants! Close to a local beach to enjoy the lake and lovely views! Everything we could ask for when we were not at a soccer game! Excellent hosts who were accommodating and quick to respond to any questions! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Gramma's house

Reminded me of my gramma's house. Old, but interesting and inviting. Everything was clean and tidy. Christmas tree was still up for our early January stay! Just follow the check-in instuctions closely and there will be no problem. Toilet in basement was interesting, but manageable. When locking front door, pull on the handle while hitting button.

Great little house and location!

This little house was the perfect size for our family of five. Beds were very comfy!!! Kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. Loved relaxing on the front porch. We traveled to several areas from here (Charlevoix, Petoskey, Mackinac) and also enjoyed the Boyne City restaurants and the harbor area is cute. There is no central air, but do have some room a/c units- They did ok. There is only one Bathroom. The owners were great to work with and were extremely responsive with any questions we had! We would definitely come back!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our cottage!! We try and provide a five star experience so we are up front about the AC situation, as well as the 1 1/4 bath. Hoping to replace the furnace in the spring and, if it is possible, have central air installed. Central air has been installed. If there is anything we can do to improve our place please send us an e-mail with your thoughts. We constantly strive to make this a great place to stay!! Thank you again for staying at our cottage.
