Comfy and clean

Owner was great to work with, the property was in a nice location and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and centrally located.

David has to move us to one of his other properties, but it was very clean, well stocked and in a convenient/central location. Would stay again.

Safe area with good wifi

Loved how clean and maintained property is kept. Also wifi is a big deal to me and found it to be fast.

Will definitely stay here again

The property is a nice 2bd/1ba which is clean, comfortable and easily accessible to whatever you need in the area. Stayed here for work reasons and it suited needs perfectly. Quiet little area, and David was awesome. Highly recommended if the size fits your needs.

Clean and Comfortable

David is a great host and makes you feel welcome in St. Joe. The property was exactly what I needed. Much more private and relaxing than a hotel room.

An EXCELLENT first time VRBO stay!

David Sandy has set a very high bar for all future VRBO stays for us. His attention to details, such as cleanliness, safety, comfortable furnishings, a well supplied kitchen and helpful hints has been above and beyond all we had expected. We are long time road warriors with top name hotels and our experience with David Sandy's property has been outstanding.

Home away from home!

David is so amazing and fun, very responsive and immediate to attend to any matters that may arise. The townhouse is absolutely lovely, comfortable, very clean, everything looked new. It was a blessing to have found somewhere to be able to fully cook what I needed for the trip, and to have a great space to accommodate my family and me, in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. If I could rate this property with higher stars, I would!

St Joe shopping trip.

Excellent!

This property is like all of the other properties hosted by David Sandy. Excellent! This is the 2nd property we have stayed at and we have enjoyed them immensely. Ease of access was a breeze and it had everything we needed. Definitely better than staying a hotell!
