About this property

Ski In / Ski Out oversided condo right at the base. Access to shared hot tub

This is one of the larger one bedroom units and sleeps 4. It has an upgraded full kitchen with granite counters and bar stools overlooking the kitchen. King size bed in the bedroom and wall mounted TV is perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Pull out bed in living room with TV. This family friendly unit also offers a bassinet and toddler dining chair. Steps from the elevator make it super easy to get to the chairlift.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Washing machines and dryers are located on every floor. Unit is located on 2nd floor in the Slopeside building facing The Village and Continental Divide.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $30/ per vehicle per day).

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Fantastic place to stay while skiing. Simply cannot beat the location and connivence. We really appreciated how close it was to the rental shops and ski lifts. Also, the ski lockers in the building were great, as they allowed us to easily store and retrieve our gear. The condo was clean and cozy.

We had a great stay at this condo in the Zephyr lodge! Check in with the lock box was so easy, and the condo was just as described. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Can’t wait to come back again, amazing.

Staying here was so perfect. It made it so easy to get out on the slopes and then easy access to the community (restaurants, stores, ice skating, etc). The room itself was cozy and comfortable, everything we needed. I will be booking this room again the next time I head to Winter Park.

We had a great stay. This condo is really ideally located on the second floor right by the ski lockers, hot tub and exit door right to the snow. Would not have wanted to stay on any other floor. Condo was clean and well appointed. A few kitchen supplies could be updated but overall this is a great stay
