The proximity to the village was particularly appealing to me. The layout of the condo was excellent. However, there are two areas that require attention. 1. The mattress in the bedroom was beyond hard. It made sleeping very difficult; I would suggest an update to a memory foam type of mattress. 2. The mattress on the sofa is again very hard and should be changed out for a much softer one. It should also be noted that it is quite the distance from the elevator to the room.

Great stay in Winter Park Village

Great location to stay in Winter Park Village. I stayed here with my wife and two kids. Leaving the room, it was about a 5-minute walk to the gondola total. The condo itself was very nice with several amenities. The owner was very responsive with a parking issue I had. Minor issues I had was the hard floors were susceptible to getting dirty and the shower handle was a bit loose and would move a little on its own until I found a sweet spot. These were very small issues that don’t affect me giving this location a 10/10. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring the family here again.

Winter Park skiing at Founders Lodge

Stayed 4 nights. Condo was as advertised, easy walk to main lift, newly renovated, very comfortable king bed,well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, very clean. The owner clearly cares. New beautiful large hot tub opened on our last night.

Winter Park Base Condo

Lovely condo on 5th floor with a view. Well maintained and kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated tissues in every room and large botttles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can’t wait to return

Great location!!

This property was everything listed and more! Communication was great and it worked out for us to check in early, with a minimal fee. It is well-equipped, just a bridge away from the village, Starbucks, restaurants, and the Gondola. It was a great space for 3 or 4 people.

Nice property. The hot tub was very nice and the walk was accurately advertised to the Gondola. The owner was extremely helpful with a small checkin issue we had. The downsides for me was that it had hardwood floors everywhere and I prefer carpets. It also was a bit cramped for a family of 4.

Great stay and communication

Really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Founders Pointe. We arrived Friday and ski’d most of the day til around 2 pm. I messaged the owner when we were done and she was able to get us in and responded immediately. I appreciate the quick response and clear communication. We’ve stayed at Frasier Crossing and Founders Pointe many times and love the location. Allows for the kids to be independent and able to walk to the lift when they’re ready and head back when they’re done. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and spices. Everything was great! Definitely recommend

Location location location!

Okay, more than just location, but a 5 minute walk to the village and gondola was priceless. The condo is very nice, well appointed for cooking meals; and spacious enough for me and my 3 adult children to enjoy our 3-day ski trip. We dined out each evening - walking distance to a couple good restaurants and one night we drove into town. The large outdoor hot tub was a highlight to our days apres ski! The owner was available for any questions and we can say enough about the hospitality. We’ll definitely rent this property again if it’s available!

Comfortable and clean

Our stay was wonderful. The owner was very nice and provided top notch service. The location is perfect for skiing. The underground parking lot is an added bonus and the spa area is beautiful.

Amazing condo

I have stayed in this condo multiple times and it's wonderful as always. Very clean condo, great view, hot tub is fantastic, property is always easy to access, parking is always plentiful & heated, the owner is amazing. Full kitchen for cooking. New flooring in the condo this time. Can't recommend enough.

It was mostly clean except for the baseboards. Sorry, but I always notice them while I'm on the toilet. The hot tub courtyard is lovely but had a lot of weeds. Unfortunately, our wake up call was to our neighbors smoking weed. But what can you expect for Colorado? Great location. Great communication with host. We would for sure stay here again.

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!
