Comfortable and clean

Our stay was wonderful. The owner was very nice and provided top notch service. The location is perfect for skiing. The underground parking lot is an added bonus and the spa area is beautiful.

The proximity to the village was particularly appealing to me. The layout of the condo was excellent. However, there are two areas that require attention. 1. The mattress in the bedroom was beyond hard. It made sleeping very difficult; I would suggest an update to a memory foam type of mattress. 2. The mattress on the sofa is again very hard and should be changed out for a much softer one. It should also be noted that it is quite the distance from the elevator to the room.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses. Comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest, but we take sleep quality very seriously. Both mattresses were replaced just over a year ago, and we have not previously received concerns about firmness. That said, we are always looking for ways to improve and will consider adding a memory foam topper as an option for guests who prefer a softer sleeping surface. Regarding the distance from the elevator, the walk is just over a minute, and many guests appreciate the added quiet and privacy away from elevator traffic. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your helpful feedback. We are continually working to enhance the guest experience and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Winter Park skiing at Founders Lodge

Stayed 4 nights. Condo was as advertised, easy walk to main lift, newly renovated, very comfortable king bed,well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, very clean. The owner clearly cares. New beautiful large hot tub opened on our last night.

Great place for a Winter Park vacation stay

We very much enjoyed our stay, and Hue was very helpful. The location is fantastic, ~200 yd walk to the new Gondola lift. Hue even made sure that the coffee pot that was accidentally broken by the previous guest was replaced as we arrived. We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable Winter Park stay!

Clean condo with a great host in great location

Hue was a wonderful host and so easy to work with, very responsive. The condo is a close walk to/from the gondola and base Village.

Perfect stay

My son and I rented this condo for a 3 day / 4 night father/son trip. Everything is exactly as described, it's in a great location and is well stocked. The pull out couch was even comfortable! Good cable and streaming options too. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great location!!

This property was everything listed and more! Communication was great and it worked out for us to check in early, with a minimal fee. It is well-equipped, just a bridge away from the village, Starbucks, restaurants, and the Gondola. It was a great space for 3 or 4 people.

Great Location!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location, the indoor garage and ski lockers made skiing with our two boys so easy. The condo was exactly like the pictures - cozy, comfortable and a great kitchen to cook and eat at home. Everything was just GREAT! We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful view from 5th floor, Founders Pointe is the best

The condo was exactly as promised. Full kitchen. Very clean, comfy couch. Beautiful view of the resort from the balcony. Comfy king bed. Founders is a fabulous place to stay, can walk right over the resort.

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!
