A truly distinctive element is its position above an ancient underground oil mill dating back to ancient Roman times, a historic testimony of great value that makes your stay even more fascinating and immersive.
The apartment is furnished in a minimal style, but with great attention to detail, embellished with quality materials and finishes that make the spaces elegant, welcoming and functional.
The living area has a full kitchen with induction cooktop and a comfortable sofa, which if necessary can be transformed into a sofa bed, perfect for children or young adults. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower, which combines elegance and practicality.
A cozy loft houses a double bed, offering an intimate and comfortable solution for resting. The apartment is designed for those who love simplicity without sacrificing comfort, with every detail taken care of to ensure a pleasant stay.
The historic center of Polignano a Mare is famous for its cobbled streets, breathtaking views and iconic cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. A few steps from the apartment you will find typical restaurants, quaint cafés and artisanal boutiques. The beach of Lama Monachile, with its crystal clear waters, is easily accessible on foot, making this accommodation perfect for those who want to experience the magic of the village and the sea without using a car.
Polignano a Mare is the ideal starting point for exploring some of the most beautiful destinations in the area, including Monopoli at 7 km, the suggestive Castellana Grotte at 12 km and the famous village of the trulli of Alberobello at 28 km.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
