One of two barns offering private and stylish accommodation on this small working farm, the farmland is run regeneratively to encourage biodiversity. You are welcome to explore the grounds including woodlands, orchard and meadows. Beautifully finished and filled with rustic charm and quirky design features. The beautiful surrounding countryside is perfect for walkers and cyclists, and if you are looking to explore further afield, visit the local sandy beaches and Dartmoor National Park just a short drive away.
Stepping into this beautifully converted barn you are greeted by an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Well-equipped and stylishly furnished you immediately feel at home, sit back and relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy the colour changing mood lighting or catch up on the latest movie or your favourite box set on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/dining area is a great place to sit and eat together whilst planning your next day’s adventures. Keen cooks will be impressed with the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate WC. At the other end of the barn is a spacious super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin upon request) with en-suite shower room with WC.
Heading outside, there is a courtyard area with BBQ and private hot tub, garden furniture, a lovely spot to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunshine. You will have use of more space on the grounds, if you want to have a woodland picnic, with walks through woodlands, apple orchards and wild flower meadows on the property for you to explore!
