From the moment we arrived in the local village we felt very welcome and the Spanish hospitality shone through when meeting the owners. The language barrier did not ruin the vibe as translation was used to communicate. Upon seeing the villa…WOW we were speechless as it was better than the photographs. The owners had thought of everything, all the facilities you could possibly need for a perfectly relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was efficient and you could sleep with the windows open as mosquito blinds were fitted to all windows. The owners cleaned the pool and maintained the gardens twice throughout our 7 night stay, visiting early and remaining quiet so not to disturb us. They also assisted with recycling during visits and we were delighted with gifts of fresh bread and fruit from their land. We would absolutely recommend this villa for a relaxing break. It is easy to access the village within 10 minutes by car or a city within 30 minutes driving. We look forward to returning to this villa in the future.

The property itself was beautiful, well equipped, and had a fantastic pool with amazing views. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues that significantly affected our stay. The access to the property was much more difficult than expected, with the final 10–12 minutes requiring driving on narrow, steep, unpaved gravel roads with twists and sharp bends. On our first visit to the nearby village, our car became stuck and was unable to make it back up one of the steep paths, meaning we had to take a completely different route back. After this experience, we were unable to return to that village, and the nearest alternative shop was over 30 minutes away. During our stay, we also had several issues with wildlife, including finding a mouse in the pool on two occasions, wasps and other creatures in the pool, and a lizard inside the house. While some wildlife is expected in a rural setting, these issues affected our comfort and enjoyment of the property. We do appreciate that the owners have installed nets on all the windows and by each door to help prevent flies and mosquitoes from entering the house, which was a thoughtful addition. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning, where turning one unit down to 18°C caused all the units to switch off. We were later told by the owner that the air conditioning should not be set below 24°C, but this restriction was not mentioned in the listing. This would have been useful information to know before booking. We would like to mention that the owners were very helpful, friendly, and always responded quickly whenever we needed assistance.

Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia en esta preciosa villa. Todo estaba cuidado hasta el último detalle y nos proporcionaron absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. La villa está bellamente decorada y emana tranquilidad, lujo y calidez. Fue el lugar perfecto para desconectar por completo y escapar del ajetreo diario por un tiempo. La piscina privada completó la experiencia. Además, los anfitriones fueron increíblemente amables y hospitalarios. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar. Por lo tanto, recomendamos encarecidamente este precioso alojamiento y ¡nos encantaría volver!
