Holiday home on the outskirts of Villanueva de la Concepción, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This spectacular villa allows you to make the most of your holidays as it provides the most relaxing setting to unwind and recharge your batteries. Located only 10 minutes from the fabulous Torcal de Antequera and at just 10-minute walk from the town of Villanueva de la Concepción, the house offers all the comforts and amenities to enjoy your holidays as you wish.

The indoor of the holiday home is rustically charming and features all the equipment you need. The spacious dining-living room is provided with comfortable sofas and a brick-built fireplace, and it shares space with the open kitchen. The latter is equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware needed to enjoy cooking. The rest of the holiday home welcomes two comfortable bedrooms, where up to four people can sleep and regain their strengths. One bedroom is furnished with one double bed, while the other relies on two twin beds. Lastly, the house is provided with one bathroom with a bathtub.

All bedrooms have air conditioning hot/cold and electric radiator.

The fabulous panorama that envelops the villa ensures you will feel an overall feeling of quietness as soon as you get to the house. The views of the smooth hills, cultivated fields and the sharp mountains of the Torcal, the sound of the birds singing and the distant echo of cowbells guarantee full peace and complete relaxation. You will be able to enjoy all of it while rejoicing in your meals in the porch, refreshing in the spectacular private pool, sunbathing on the poolside sun loungers, and sleeping a siesta in the chill-out area.

All you have to worry about is how you want to spend your holidays, as this house ensures they will be the best you've had in a very long time.

I can’t say enough nice things about this lovely house and the gorgeous views from every angle. Loved eating breakfast outside every morning. Host gave us the full tour and was very welcoming. Only drawback: don’t expect to eat dinner in town on Sunday- Tuesday evenings - nearly everything is closed (and Google thinks they are open), and you’re 1/2 hour on mountain roads away from Antequera, so plan accordingly. The house has a nice kitchen, that helps

The villa is situated on the outskirts of a quiet town, which suited us. It is very clean and well kept and was exactly as shown in the advert. The location allowed us to drive to other towns / cities in the area. of a car.

He was available for help at any time but gave us the privacy to enjoy our holiday. A delightful setting. The photos do not do justice to the view from the property. The villa is on the very edge of town meaning you have the facilities of the town but it also quiet enough to thoroughly relax. Huge recommendation!

About 45 minutes drive from Malaga the house has wonderful views over the valley. It is easy to walk into the village where there is a well stocked supermarket as well as restaurants, bars and cafes. Plenty of parking within the gate for security. We did not lack for anything within the house. Two comfortable bedrooms with efficient air conditioning and decent wi-fi. The view from the veranda is great. The swimming pool is big enough for a regular swim or just to laze around. The owners are always accessible but not at all intrusive. All in all a very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable stay: our second visit.

Delightful house

Very clean and well thought out property. Well equipped with good quality fittings. Plenty of easy parking. Very good swimming pool. Views from the front veranda over the valley were excellent. Well kept garden with a small orchard with plenty of fruit. Hosts were excellent without being intrusive. Lovely fresh eggs.Ten minute walk to a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. Malaga is about a 40 minute drive and Cordoba is accessible by car or train. Antequera is well worth visiting being only 25 minutes away. Would be very happy to stay there again.

We had an exceptional stay in this magnificent villa. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the place: the villa is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and extremely well-equipped. Everything is designed so that you want for nothing. The cleanliness is simply impeccable. Every room in the house was spotless, which was particularly appreciated. The beds are very comfortable, and we all slept very well. The owner was available and responsive throughout our stay, answering our questions. A special mention goes to his parents, who were remarkably kind and welcoming. Always smiling, especially with the children, they welcomed us with great generosity. They regularly offered us fruits and vegetables from their gardens and even invited us to help ourselves if we wished. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more authentic and warm. We have absolutely no negative points to mention. This is undoubtedly one of the best rentals we've ever had. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa and will return with immense pleasure. A huge thank you to the owners for their warm welcome and generosity. It's a shame there's a slight lack of privacy on part of the pool area.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal bei José und daher wussten wir schon vorher dass es perfekt ist. Wer Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe bei schönstem Wetter genießen möchte und sich dabei am eigenen Pool wohlfühlen darf, der ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne immer wieder. Andalucía es sencillamente preciosa !

Eine exzellente Villa, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die überdachte Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick und der große Pool ist ideal für Familien. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter war stets zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Stadtzentrum mit einem modernen, gut sortierten Supermarkt und netten, kleinen Bars und Restaurants ist ganz in der Nähe.

Wir lieben es, dass das Dorf seinen traditionellen spanischen Charme bewahrt hat und die Einheimischen so freundlich sind. Die Villa bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, und das Willkommenspaket mit Wein, Wasser, Aufschnitt und Brot war eine sehr nette Geste. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war ausgezeichnet, und er antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Ich kann diese Villa und ihre Lage wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie einfach nur entspannen und abschalten möchten, fernab vom Trubel überfüllter Touristenziele.

Wir waren von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober in diesem sehr schönen Haus in einer relativ ungest

Wir waren von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober in diesem sehr schönen Haus in einer relativ ungestörten Lage. Der Panorama Ausblick auf die Berglandschaft ist wunderbar. Die vor dem Haus gelegene Straße ist nicht sehr stark befahren. Den sehr schönen Pool kann man über eine Treppe sowie eine Leiter betreten. Am dem der Treppe gegenüberliegenden Ende ist er ca. 2,50 Meter tief. Etwas störend ist, vor allem in der Nacht, das Hundegebell der zahlreichen Wachhunde in der Umgebung. Jeden zweiten Morgen kamen die freundlichen Eigentümer des Hauses, Ana und Jose um die Hühner und die Blumen zu versorgen. Das passierte stets frühmorgens zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr und störte uns überhaupt nicht. Die Hühner haben einen Stall und ein Gehege etwas abseits auf dem großen Grundstück. Ein kleiner, aber gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt, allerdings ist der Fußmarsch dorthin aufgrund einer starken Steigung nichts für unsportliche Menschen ;) Mit dem Auto ist der Einkauf jedoch in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Die Eigentümer sind überaus freundlich, sehr sympathisch und reagieren schnell auf etwaige Fragen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

semaine au calme avec excursions magnifiques

Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport de Malaga. il y a seulement 45 minutes de route pour arriver à la maison. la maison est un havre de paix, bien conçu. Elle est parfaitement tempérée et bien équipée. les lits sont bons. Elle est entourée d'un jardin avec une vue rayonnante sur la vallée. Coin piscine très bien aménagé. Dans ce jardin, il y a des fleurs, des arbres fruitiers, des légumes et même un poulailler en contre-bas, que les propriétaires entretiennent discrètement en nous laissant quelques fruits ou oeufs au passage. A 500 mètres paissent des chèvres. C'est idyllique. Le secteur est propice aux randonnées (le Torcal à 15 minutes, les lacs et le caminito del Rey à une heure) et aux virées vers les hauts lieux culturels (1h30 vers Grenade, idem vers Cordoue, idem vers Ronda). Le village est très calme, la supérette du village est bien achalandée. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu. Les hôtes sont discrets, chaleureux et disponibles. Nous recommandons!

Wunderschönes Haus, komplett ausgestattet mit sehr netten und engagierten Besitzern, die gut erreichbar waren und die „Probleme“ sofort gelöst haben. (Aufgrund der Dürre waren viele Bremsen im Pool, so dass wir ihn weniger nutzen konnten). Schwimmbad mit Außentoilette. Super gutes WLAN. Gut kurvige Straßen, Malaga und Antequera also eine dreiviertel Stunde Autofahrt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, schönes Schwimmbad, schönes Wetter. Bei der Ankunft war alles ordentlich, freundlicher Empfang mit einer schönen Flasche Rioja, wir konnten das Haus sogar etwas früher als vereinbart betreten, da unsere Reise sehr gut verlief. Der Besitzer ist bei Problemen sehr hilfreich. Über WhatsApp ist er fast den ganzen Tag erreichbar und bietet schnell Hilfe an. Regelmäßig bekamen wir leckere Eier von unseren eigenen Hühnern. Diese wurden (ungefähr) jeden zweiten Tag frühmorgens von der Verwaltung eingesammelt. In Anbetracht der Tageszeit störte uns das nicht. Wir konnten zwei Wochen lang entspannen. Es lohnt sich, es zu wiederholen. Der einzige Nachteil, den ich erwähnen möchte, sind die Hunde in der Gegend. Dabei handelt es sich (hauptsächlich) um das abendliche Bellen, das teilweise als störend empfunden werden kann.
