A chocolate box property that sleeps 11 and dog friendly.
Outdoor play area for the kids together with outdoor seating, trampoline and bbq.
Decking to the front including seating area.
Close to Shaldon estuary (10 mins walk), Teignmouth (10mins drive) and Torquay beaches (15 mins drive). Dartmoor is 40 minutes away.
Local pub is just 1 minute walk, pub on estuary 10 minutes walk). Great food and lovely views.
Lots of attractions for kids and adults not far away including zoos, adventure parks, country heritage sites and more.
It is a very quiet village away from the hubbub but not very far from the towns and Exeter being 17 miles away.

Cleaning and linens are included in the price.
