Clean, very well-equipped, beautiful property! Jim had great information about the history of the house and community, and good recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.
A great family place to stay... All of the things a family needs to enjoy themselves and have fun...

My wife and I celebrated our 55th wedding anniversity with family. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The weather was great, enjoyed the private beach and the sunsets. Felt right at home in the large 'old' house and the modern conveniences.
This home was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, beautiful view, and lots of parking. We loved the firepit, grill and access to the lake. Great weekend!!

Great stay
We had a great four night stay at the house. We were able to fit 8 adults and four kids between the beds and some roll-out cots. Enjoyed being able to swim in the lake nearby and do s’mores in the fire pit. It was nice having a full kitchen and access to restaurants nearby in Ashtabula.

Great owner who made our stay memorable. The house was well kept with everything needed by two families or even more. It was clean, convenient to everything we needed plus on a private breach! I highly recommend it.
Wonderful weekend with my sons and grandchildren. The owners thought of everything!

Enjoyed the house and property. The upstairs was a little warm but overall a really nice house. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee in the adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Erie.
This adorable home was perfect for our group of ten to spread out and enjoy time together. The decorations are perfect for a beach house and they really have thought of every detail for amenities. We loved the fire pit, grilling out, and the huge eating area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved every second of our vacation.
Thank you for a beautiful first trip to Geneva! We loved being able to all be under one roof. It was a quick stay but we would love to come back and stay here again! Cheers to 30 years.
This is the 3rd year we have stayed there. The houses offer exactly what we want/need during our stay after the days at Thunder to come back and fellowship. The fire ring and lake are added bonuses! The management is awesome!
Had an awesome weekend relaxing and doing some scrapbooking. Also enjoyed a fire in the firepit, sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching the lake as well as took awesome sunset pictures.

About the host
Hosted by Jim & Judy Pearson
This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Pearson Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 15 years and are excited to share this home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!
What makes this property unique
This property was designed and decorated as if our family was going to live all summer here! No attention to detail was missed yet the home has a warm and comfortable feel. Just like home, plus much more...
