First of all thank you for choosing our house Le Tibalou. We are delighted that you enjoyed the magical view. We have done everything to make your stay as good as possible, answered your many messages. We confirm that Beynac car parks are chargeable for everyone. The rate for our customers is modest: €35 per week. During your stay, we encountered our first plumbing problem in 10 years and it was resolved as quickly as possible. We are happy that our commercial gestures have given you full satisfaction.

Thank you very much Barbara for your very complete comment. Yes the view from each room and also from the terrace is breathtaking. To deserve this, you have to make a little effort. Our house is located in the heart of the medieval village. We do not recommend for the elderly or disabled.

Lucky that you were delighted with the view from the terrace but also from all the rooms. The bathroom is indeed small for 4 people, suitable for 2. Tibalou is the most authentic house. we host guests from all over the world in this house. We have numerous repeat clients, our operation started 11 years ago. Guests who chose our properties want to experience life in a timeless cottage in a medieval village. You grated us 3 stars, let me please revert on your review. About your stay : * Martine, our housekeeper made at utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible but it seems like we partially succeeded. We deplore this. * We received 1 to 2 special requests per day and 103 messages ( day and night) during your stay. We never had demanding clients of this level. May I add that you rented a self catered house, it is not a 5-star hotel with concierge service. * As far as kitchen utensils are concerned, I even suggested to pay back what you purchased. It seems that you booked a property not suited to your needs. Tibalou has a record number of delighted clients on all applications. I wish you would have looked more carefully to the numerous pictures posted on all the platforms and détailled description before making your reservation. Nonetheless we trust that you will cherish good memories of France, the Perigord region and our village. All the best,

First of all thank you for trusting us and delighted that my house offered you an unforgettable view. I am surprised and very disappointed by your review. You sent me during your stay at least 5 messages a day for everything and for nothing. Sometimes in the middle of the night! My housekeeper was at your disposal for all your requests. Today we read that nothing suited you? Yet we have put all our heart and time for you. Why not take advantage of our 34 email exchanges to tell us what was wrong? What were you missing? We have decorated and equipped the Tibalou with our heart and it has been rented for 10 years on 7 platforms including Abritel. You are the first customers who do not find in our house the spirit of the village of Beynac and it is a shame. Have you thought about opening all the cabinets? You would have found several dishes there. The oven was in a closet because very few tenants use it! You are Madam and sorry to tell you this in very bad faith. I confirm that in view of the time that my housekeeper gives you every day ... I asked you in exchange for a check out at 9.30 instead of 10. Just to arrange Martine in her schedule. And I confirm that you refused! We are really disappointed that you have confused a rental house and the services of a hotel!
