3 level house. 1st level entry has bedroom with queen bed , bedroom with queen bed , bedroom with queen bed and twin/twin bunks and full hall bath. Garage and laundry on first level. Hot tub is off of back patio. 2nd level has great room with kitchen, dining area, living room, 1/2 bath and 2 decks. Master bedroom with king bed and full bath with jacuzzi. 3rd floor loft accessible by spiral staircase has 2 twin beds.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night ). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
