If style, comfort and space are what you need for your next holiday, then Villa Jessica is the ideal choice for you. This Villa is located in central Puerto del Carmen. Take a five minute stroll from the villa and you will find a stunning beach and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also only a fifteen-minute walk to the old town, with its beautiful harbour and scenic views.
Villa Jessica is a spacious two-storey four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa. When you enter the villa through the upper level you will immediately be struck by the spaciousness of the open plan living area with all you need for the perfect stay. This dining and living room area has stunning sea views and leads into a fully-fitted modern kitchen with a full size fridge and wine cooler.

The living room is equipped with modern entertainment systems, which include a HD TV with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix, Bluetooth sound system and free WiFi. These will allow you to stay online and ensure you get to catch up on your favourite television shows.

The four bedrooms sleep up to 9 people, with 2 bedrooms on each floor of the Villa. Both of the upstairs bedrooms lead out to a small balcony overlooking the pool and share a spacious bathroom.

Moving downstairs, you will find a Games Room with pool table, football table and a wall-mounted Smart TV providing you with access to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account. This is sure to keep guests of all ages entertained. This room has a full-size bunkbed and is ideal for children or teenagers sharing.

The Games Room has double doors that lead directly to the pool and patio area. Here you will find the beautiful saltwater oval-shaped pool with Roman steps. It is the perfect place for you to relax on one of the loungers and beach towels provided. The saltwater pool is electrically heated from October 20th until May 1st. The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa.

If cooking is your pleasure, there is a built-in charcoal barbecue with ample garden seating for you to enjoy dining outdoors.

There is an outdoor utility area with a washing machine and freezer for your convenience. Modern state of the art security alarm systems, with two safes, are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
